This is my 4th time staying here and it is wonderful, the only thing that could be better is if I owned the cabin. I can't thank Rochelle enough......she always goes the extra mile. As always this property is very clean. We loved hiking around the lake, the town and just relaxing on the deck. Our favorite restaurant is La Casita, just a couple of houses away. I am looking forward to my next stay!!!!

We enjoyed every moment of our weekend getaway! It was the first time our family had gotten away together in quite some time, and we had a terrific time walking around the lake, scoping out the local shops, and eating! Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home.

A group of us decided to take a break from work, school and enjoy the nature we are blessed to have. We found this cabin, and it met out checklist: 3bathroom, pool table, 3bedroom, hot tub, and by the lake. This cabin felt cozy, warm, inviting, and very similar to home. We could not get enough of our trip at all. We talk about it all the time, and question when we are going back. I recommend this cabin for anyone who needs a break and a couple days to just relax!

This is my third time staying at this cabin (2nd Xmas). I don't think anything more needs to be said because if the cabin wasn't perfect I wouldn't of rented it a 2nd time. This time I forgot a couple of things at the cabin and Rochelle was very good at sending them to me promptly.

Amazing, clean, fun house!! It was perfect for us....we started with 6 girls, then down to 4, then 3 so it was a little big for the 3 of us but again, it was perfect! The thing I loved most is how it was decorated for the Fall....it was so cute and felt so cozy in there...can you imagine how they decorate for Christmas....how fun!!! Can not wait to go back and rent it again!!

We stayed at Three Bears for two nights/three days with our three kids and parents. The cabin is beautiful! Shelly had it decorated with fall leaves, centerpieces, arrangements, place mats. Too many little touches to name, that made it incredibly homey. There was plenty of wood for the fireplace and special treats waiting for us in the fridge ad hot cocoa with marshmallows on the counter. We felt immediately at home. The beds are very comfortable and all of the bedding and towels are soft and cozy. Gorgeous fall leaves during the day and nippy at night. We used the hot tub on the porch, enjoyed visiting by the fire, played board games with the kids and there were many games of pool. Cooking in the kitchen was fantastic. Everything you need is right there including spices, bakeware, grilling tools... the whole bit. The grocery store is right around the corner along with the library, good food and the lake. We did fishing on the last day and even though the fish weren't biting it was very pretty and lots of fun. Plenty of parking, easy to find, private wood fencing all the way around the property. Other great features are that there is loads of deck space, a full size washer and dryer, an air pop popcorn popper and flipping waffle iron. Too much to list! Don't think twice... book this cabin. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Shelly, for a weekend get away that surpassed our expectations!!

I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the Crestline area! The cabin is very roomy, clean, well stocked with big, fluffy towels, soap and shampoo, and everything you need in the kitchen. Literally all you have to bring is your clothes and a toothbrush! The market is close enough to walk to for any food you may need and you can also walk to the lake. Just a short walk down the street is a skate park and basketball courts which my son (who is a basketball player) had a great time at. The owners were very helpful in answering all of my questions. The house also has a book with check in and out instructions, WiFi code, info on nearby restaurants and things to do in the area all with maps. The beds were very comfortable, lots of ceiling fans and floor fans, nicely decorated. We are definitely going again in February and hopefully there will be some snow and we can take advantage of the large fireplace!

My family and I had the best time at 3 Bears Cabin. The cabin had all the high quality household items that made us feel like were were in our own home. It was clean and well maintained, everything was within walking distance and it was so peaceful. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends. I'm already planning our next trip back.

Everyone had a great time! Plenty of room to spread out and lots to do for all ages. Crestline is an easy drive and is a small mountain town that hasn't changed a lot over the years. Nearby playground, tennis, basketball, market, restaurants, fitness trail and lake activities were all within easy walk. Loved the deck and fenced privacy. Everyone wants to go back again. The 12-year old wants to stay a month next time!

The property was easily as nice as advertised plus was well stocked, had a thoughtful information packet and the owner was very communicative in setting up rental. I was a little surprised with how close the next door neighbors were and there were times when they we pretty noisy (e.g. Sunday morning 8AM using power tools and blasing radio). The area is nice enough with the small Lake Gregory well within short walking distance. We found that we enjoyed the other bigger lakes a little better but they are all close drives from here. Crestline is about as close as you can get in the Forest to LA, we easily included a day trip to Disneyland and were contemplating a beach trip as well. Overall very pleased with our stay and would stay again.

Pretty much everything you could neeed was furnished including spices & garnishes for meals. It was like borrowing a friend's cabin for the weekend. (a neat friend) We would definitely rent it again.

We visited 3 Bears for my husband's 50th birthday. When we arrived (just our little family) there was still snow from the last storm. Our little girl (4) had never seen snow. It was a fun adventure exploring every room and it was a blast. I've stayed at other "cabins" in Crestline and they were very modern without feeling like a cabin. 3 Bears had all the modern amenities and still felt like a mountain cabin. The rest of our family came for the party the following day, we have had many a family get together, but none have been that fun! The spirit and character of this place was all around. It is a great get-away, and a magical place to stay. I would recommend 3 Bears to anyone that is looking to get away in a short trip but be far away from "city life". Thanks Rochelle and we will be back.... Teri Proctor

We came to Crestline for a weekend trip: 3 families with kids 10 mo. To 8 years and had a wonderful time. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for: affordable, accessible, spacious, clean and fully stocked with everything you need. We're sad there was no snow but can imagine how much more fun we would have had if it snowed. Our families walked to Lake Gregory and caught the beautiful scenery. A couple of us jogged around the lake. We're already planning our return!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was just as it was pictured on line. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well maintained and spacious. We especially enjoyed the games, DVDs and pool table. The fireplace added that extra level of coziness. The cabin was within easy walking distance to town, Lake Gregory and restaurants. We are looking forward to staying there again.

I can not explain how wonderful our experience was. There wasn't a thing that I wanted for. It was the best Christmas that my family has ever had. The entire house was decorated with Christmas decor, everything from the candy to the sheets on the beds..........absolutely wonderful. The small town is adorable, I loved Goodwins grocery store!!!!!!! I only have one issue..........and that is that I never wanted to leave. Rochelle has been absolutely wonderful with me and everything she said she was going to do, she did. Since this was my first time renting a cabin I was very anxious but dealing with Rochelle was great.

Such an amazing cabin. Soon as you park in the drive way, I already felt the holiday spirit with the lights around the house. When walking in, it was full of holiday spirit and everything was neat and organize. The house was decorated for the holiday season. The welcome binder Rochelle provided was amazing and very informational. It had every question we could have in that binder. From detail information of the house to all the surrounding stores. The stay was very relaxing, extremely big house and comfortably fit eleven people like the ad says it can. If you are looking for a relaxing time, I would recommend going here.

We have been traveling to the local mountains every Thanksgiving for the past 25 years, and we usually stay in different cabins; and overall this one was the best! It was located walking distance to the market, pizza place, bowling, shops and Lake Gregory, but the property is situated in such a way that you feel like you are out in the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. All the amenties are provided, towels, sheets, shampoo, soap, paper products, etc. and even games, books, DVD's and candy! Everything was maintained very well and very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could ever want. The cabin is also dog-friendly with a large fenced yard, which is very hard to find. It was our best time ever :-)

We rented the cabin with our family from Oregon and San Diego. It's centrally located near the grocery store (Goodwin's) and Lake Gregory. Everyone had a WONDERFUL time. The cabin is spacious and well-appointed. Very good quality beds, furnishings, TV's and DVD's. In addition, we have never seen a vacation rental kitchen so well stocked with dishes, staples and cookware. Also, the private, fenced yard is nice for little ones. The deck is ideal to eat meals and hang out. We will definately come back again. The management (Rochelle) was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. My Dad and I built two homes next to the Lake back in 1970 & 1975. Mom & Dad lived there until 1980 and then moved to Lake Tahoe. I have such great memories of coming up on the weekends with my children and enjoying the fresh air and the Lake. I had not been back in Crestline for over 30 years and It was a nice surprise to see that the town was just as calm and peaceful as it used to be. I had my Daughter and Son-in Law come up and my other youngest Son. We had the best time ever!. The home definitely had everything you would need….just like being at home. The air hockey, ping pong, horseshoe pit, spa and cable TV service was great, and the beds……....... they were Sooooooo comfortable. We are already making plans on when to visit again. We already miss it. I think I will even enquire about some property.

The cabin had everything you need for all ages: from various games, tennis, pool table, Jacuzzi, TV and other for children to beautiful relaxing deck area, hammock for elder people. The cabin and patio were clean. The photos and descriptions in the listing were accurate. Thanks Rochelle for great support prior to and during the mini-vacation. Our family had a great time at 3 Bears Cabin - close enough to walk to the lake, shopping, food, tennis , basketball and all the amenitites the property provided. We were very surprised how well the cabin was set up with everything you need to stay long term. The property was clean, set up well. Rochelle was great to work with! Our family members rented additional homes in the area and by far the choice to hang out together every night was 3 Bears - great for family, great for fun - and parking was not an issue! During the late 1970's our young family used to always rent a cabin in Crestline for Christmas week. This year we all came together again in Crestline for another Christmas celebration. We had a fantastic time and that was in a large part due to the 3 Bears Lake Cabin. This cabin is an ideal place for family gatherings. Everything is top of the line and the cabin is spotless. The first 2 days we were in Crestline it rained non stop but the cabin had so many fun games and activities no one seemed to mind not being able to go outside. Rochelle is the perfect property manager. She offered an accurate discription of the cabin and all it's ammenities. She answered all my questions and even sent detailed travel instructions to get from our home to the 3 Bears Lake Cabin. The cabin is equiped with everything you would possibly want to enjoy your visit and everything is in like new condition. The grand kids had a ball in the hot tub. The towels and sheet are fantastic and plentiful. The 3 Bears Lake Cabin is located close to town and within walking distance most activities. We walked to the bowling alley a couple of times. The town has a fantastic grocery store (Goodwins) a great Ace Hardware store and a very interesting pawn shop. We enjoyed a couple of meals at Billy Bears Restrauant which was also within walking distance. We cooked most of our meals including a huge Christmas Turkey feast and the kitchen was great. There was not one cooking utensel we needed that we didn't have available. The kitchen table had enough leafs that we were all able to be together for our meals. If there was one thing bad about this cabin I would let everyone know but this cabin is my idea of the perfect mountain getaway. One last thing in closing. Like I said we were at the 3 Bears Lake Cabin for Christmas week and Rochelle had every room in the cabin decorated for Christmas. She had a Christmas tree in the living room that she had decorated perfectly. There were Christmas towels and pillows and table decorations everywhere. She had Christmas candies for the kids (both old and young) The kitchen was stocked with Christmas dishes (both ceramic and paper) napkins and cups. These are all things that made our Christmas visit special and things that Rochelle didn't have to do but did in order to be sure we had a great visit. She's the best and so is the 3 Bears Lake Cabin. We all are looking forward to our next visit.

I'm missing this cabin already.......we had such a wonderful time there. It was like coming home....cozy, yet spacious. Loved the beautiful fall touches and how clean everything was. The cabin was just as described only better....they even had a crib for my 11 month old, with fresh clean linens and blankets. There were board games, magazines (for my reading and relaxing pleasure),air hockey, foosball and pool tables to keep us all entertained. We didn't need to go anywhere but did decide to visit the local attractions...Lake Gregory, Arrowhead, and Big Bear....all great places to visit and spend time in. Making arrangements with Rochelle was so smooth....she was very helpful and answered all my questions about this place. We plan to come back but hopefully bring extended family or friends along to enjoy the cabin with us.

We booked 3 Bears Cabin to celebrate my dad's retirement after 51 years of working for the same company. The cabin was perfectly sized; there were 3 families, two that had children between the ages of 14 - 7 months. We had plenty of room to relax and sleep, while still being connected. The kitchen was fantastic! We cooked 3 meals, and it was so wonderful to have everything we needed and big enough for a few cooks. Everyone enjoyed the amenities, including enjoying a warm cup of coffee in the morning on the deck (loved the deck lights), playing horseshoes, warming up in the spa, playing pool, Scrabble, and watching movies. We also walked to Lake Drive a few times, a perfect walk from the cabin. It was a great weekend getaway. My dad said he really enjoyed it, and he wished we'd found it sooner!

We booked 3 Bears Lake Cabin for our daughter's birthday. We had an all girls weekend - 8 of us all together. It was a magical time for us from the moment that we arrived. After a very quick drive up the hill, it was dark when we got there. We opened the gate to find a huge property with little white lights along the deck. It felt like we were in a fairy tale. After opening the front door it was even better! The cabin is an older one, but it has been updated so nicely and I am very happy to report that the 3 bathrooms are completely modern and the towels are awesome and plentiful! The kitchen has everything that you will need and it looks brand new. We had so much room to spread out and the beds are very comfortable! The girls loved the huge deck out front with the soft spa. During our stay, we hiked to Heart Rock at Seely Creek and in the evening we went to Rim Bowling in town. Almost everything in town and the Lake are within walking distance. There is also a very large grocery store just around the corner next to a very nice park. On our way out of town we stopped by Lake Gregory Fitness Trail and took lots of pictures and wished we had more time to stay. One weekend is not enough! No matter how long your stay is, you will want to stay longer! We hope to visit again when there is snow to play in! Thank you to the owners and property manager for a wonderful stay!!!

We rented the 3 Bears Cabin for a friend's wedding in Crestline and it was absolutely a perfect spot for our family. It was so comfortable, inviting and had every amenity that you could think of. It basically felt like a home away from home. After all the wedding festivities, we were able to come back and watch movies and play games all night. I only wish that we had a longer amount of time to enjoy the cabin. The owners were such a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was.

This cabin is the greatest! It has absolutely everything you have at home. If there is something you need, you can take a short drive (2 minutes ) to the local market and find it there. The cabin has a nice rustic feeling to it that makes it feel like you're truly in a cabin in the forest. The interior has been remodeled with room additions and new amenities. The deck is the best feature which has two sitting areas (perfect for drinks or a snack) a soft tub, ping pong table and air hockey table. The property manager was wonderful with her customer service. She answered all questions, gave an accurate representation of the cabin and even sent specific directions from my house. When we arrived, we found everything we needed including a welcome letter and directions on how to use the TV's and hot tub. This place is the cleaner than any hotel I've ever been in. I dare you to find a spot of dirt on the interior. I definitly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away and relax for a few days. My family and I cannot wait to (hopefully) return to this cabin soon.

Three Bears Cabin in Crestline is a great place for a family getaway. They have everything you will need for the kids including a crib for little ones and lots of movies and ping pong, pool tables, etc. for the bigger kids. The house is great with a nice big deck and yard to relax and play. They supply everything you will need to enjoy your time at the cabin including beach towels and very nice linens. The lake is in walking distance from this neat cabin. They do charge a minimal fee to use the beach at the lake but it is fun and you can rent surf boards to paddle across the lake. They have boat rentals as well for those who like to fish. The town is small and quaint but has lots of choices for restaurants and little shops. I would recommend this cabin to families and anyone looking for a nice mountain retreat.

Our stay at 3bears lake cabin was the best ever! The hospitality and friendly personality of Rochelle made the stay very welcoming, We have been coming to Crestline every year for the last 15 years and this is the best cabin ever. We had everything we could possibly want right there for adults and kids alike and everything in the cabin was top notch. When it was time to leave no one in our group wanted to leave. I reccomend this cabin highly and thank you Rochelle for you outstanding hospitality. The pictures do it no justice, everything was clean and very well kept and within waliking distance to everything.

This cozy rental basically has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The cabin is easy to find and is walking distance to stores, restaurants, theater, bowling, and Lake Gregory. This cabin also lays between Lake Arrowhead and Silverwood Lake (only about 15 mins away from each lake), so there are many places to visit. Rochelle made the booking process easy and made sure that we feel welcomed to use the cabin and its amenities. There was also a useful book filled with attractions in the area and directions. Overall, the cabin was clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom; perfect for a group of 10.

This house has it all! Fun for the whole family~ We enjoyed Memorial Weekend 2010 with family and friends by playing pool, sitting in the hot tub, movies, games, peddle boats, fishing and BBQing. This is a very spacious home with all bedding and towels provided, and well stocked kitchen. We loved every minute there, It's walking distance to the lake, grocery store and restaurants. We are definitely staying here again! Thank you for the hospitality.

I was really impressed with the cabin it seemed to be the nicest one in the immediate area. The floor plan, its cleanliness and overall good maintenance. I appreciated all the fine detalis this cabin provided. The ameninties were top of the line including the lush towels, bed linens, down to the knifes and stemware. My friends and I had planned to walk to the lake and take in all the surrounding sites, however we never left the cabin. We ended up staying in the whole time enjoying the fireplace, flat screen television, watching DVDs, cooking and even getting into the hot tub. Maybe next time we come here we'll make time to go outside and check out the city! The owner was very gracious to us and made us feel like family this was truly a great experience for all of us!!!
