  When we drove up to the condo, we thought it was a dream. From the moment we stepped out of our car, we knew this stay was going to be wonderful. The pictures of this condo DOES NOT do justice to this beautiful home. It is more than expected, I felt like royalty. Thank you for the extras you made available to us. The beach chairs, beach towels, movies, games are just the start. The beds were fabulous, and the kitchen had everything you needed, plus a few surprises. I want to come back soon to stay longer. I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends. Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family for a few days.

  We knew from the photos on the website that this would be a great condo, but we were still blown away when we arrived at the actual size and luxury of this place. The photos really do not do it justice. We enjoyed grilling and dining on the ocean front balcony several times during the week. We also got to enjoy seeing dolphins from balcony several times. Going in mid-September, there were no beach crowds and the weather was perfect. We went to Universal in Orlando a couple of days (one hour drive from condo), and the average wait in line was 5 minutes or less for the rides and attractions. The condo owners were great to work with, and we look forward to coming back again in the future.

  Lee - I wanted to give you some constructive comments regarding the condo. I'm sorry but I have none. Your condo is far & away the best we have stayed in. The unit was clean to a level above the last two hotels ($200/night) we stayed in at Daytona. In addition to the beautiful views from the balcony, my grandson absolutely loved the pool table. Multiple elevators made getting in & out of the condo a snap. As I mentioned on the phone - we have finally found a vacation home in the area we love.

  This is by far the best condo that I have stayed in on vacation. The pictures are great but the condo is so much more than they portray. It is vey spacious with ample room. There were seven of us (4 adults and 3 children) and there was plenty of room in the living area for everyone to sit comfortably. The master suite is to die for. The second bedroom also has a king bed and the third has twin beds. The laundry room is very large and next to the second bedroom, this is where we kept the baby's pack-n-play and still had room to wash clothes without moving the crib. The beds are very plush and feel like you are at your own home. The towels are top of the line not your ordinary hotel towels and the bed linens are first class (the bottom sheet actually stay on the bed). The kitchen is very well equiped with anything and everything that one could ever need. There is a very large balcony with an electric grill. The 9th floor balcony gives you a great view of the beach and the ocean.When you get off the elevator you have your own private entryway, and there is a back door that is great for coming and going to the pool and beach. We used the back door to keep the baby stroller, our beach sandals and the childrens toys for the beach. The pool is very large and the access to the beach is a long ramp without stairs, which makes for easy access to the beach area. The complex is very elegant and very quiet. You have a parking place for your unit on the first floor of the garage and extra spaces on the second level. The complex is very safe with gated garage and gated access to the beach. I would return to this unit everytime that I go to Daytona Beach. The owner was very helpful from day one and a pleasure to deal with for all our needs.

  What a beautiful place! Our family has rented several vacation condos in the Florida area and this is the first one that exceeded our expectations. You enter the condo from your private entry off of the elevator and your jaw drops wide open from the spacious, well appointed, unit with an awesome view of the beach and ocean. The pictures in the listing are accurate but do not convey the roominess of this 3000 sqft unit. Be forewarned - it will take you a day just to learn your way around this expansive unit! The condo is first class all the way. The furniture and bedding are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and equipped with high end appliances. Everything you need to prepare a large meal or a simple snack is available. The unit is well maintained - very clean - you feel as if you were the first family to ever stay in the unit. The condo as well as the complex itself is very quiet, providing a very relaxing atmosphere from a long day on the beach, sightseeing, or shopping. And the owner was very helpful from the first time I contacted him about the unit. He answered all my questions promptly and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a central location in the Daytona Beach area, close to everything "Daytona”, which offers a very relaxing, comfortable, private and quiet atmosphere. In one word, Luxury. And yes, I would rent this unit again without hesitation. There was no 2nd guessing our decision on this one!
