In Newport Harbor, home to one of the greatest small yacht harbors in the world, you can take out a boat or jet ski, para sail or surf. Rent a bicycle or pair of skates and enjoy a cruise down the boardwalk, or just enjoy a day (or two!) exploring nearby Catalina Island. You can also fish off of either the Newport or Balboa Pier. The Unique Benefits at this HouseThis property has the largest single window the entire beach. The view is exquisite. This is a luxury property. Most of our neighbors live here with their families. This is a quiet area. A great place to bond with your family.

My family lives in Pasadena, California, but we LOVE the ocean. Ever since my four children were toddlers we've been going back to Newport Beach every summer for vacation. Newport Beach is the perfect place to take the kids.
