Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo/villa at the Hilton Head Resort with sweeping panoramic views of the ocean and marshlands. Our unit is in the highly sought-after location in the resort - BUILDING ONE !
Enjoy the morning sunrise as you sip your coffee or tea from the balcony. Our resort has a recently updated beach boardwalk leading to one of the most private beaches on the island. From our condo unit, we are steps away from the boardwalk where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll or ride the golf cart shuttle to the beach. No need to cross busy streets or dodge traffic to get to our uncrowded and incredibly beautiful beach! We are miles away from beach hotels, so enjoy the most peaceful beach on the island.
In 2010, we updated furnishings/beddings and replaced the floors in both bedrooms and installed a NEW 32 inch HDTV with DVD in the living room, and a 26 inch HDTV with DVD in the master BR. You can also enjoy the full-sized, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen / 2 Twins), 2 bathrooms, cable TV, secure and dedicated Wi-Fi in the unit......and most of all – A SPECTACULAR VIEW.
Free resort amenities include: 3 on site pools – one is steps outside the unit, a heated indoor pool and another outdoor pool nearby – 6 lighted tennis courts, indoor jogging track, sauna, hot tub and workout facility. You also have the poolside store, deli and a bike rental service. The resort has 24/7 manned security at the front gate where access is controlled and authorized only by owners.
Plus, at the end of the boardwalk is the island’s premier beach front bar – Coco’s – that sits next to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course’s famous #10 Ocean Hole, so bring your golf clubs!
In the summertime, loggerhead turtles come ashore to our beach to lay their eggs. At night, the baby turtles can be seen as they take their first swim.
And don't forget, Hilton Head Island makes for the best bike riding experience with miles and miles of bike trails, and best biking on the beach ever!
The resort only allows 4 adults in a 2 bedroom villa and 6 people total.
Pets are NOT allowed by the resort. Our condo is NON-smoking.

Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Resort
After searching for years for a vacation home, we chose HH. It is great for families, and is not overcrowded and not over-built with high rise buildings. HH does a great job in preserving the "island feel". And most of all, the beaches and marshlands are beautiful, peaceful, and tranquil. Truly an R&R paradise!

This is an absolutely lovely condo. The view was great. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings watching nature. In the evenings I enjoyed walking on the boardwalk to and from the beach, about a 5 minute walk, so peaceful. One evening I saw a mother bird with 4 baby birds following behind her in the salt marsh, so precious! The condo itself is immaculate! I am very particular about cleanliness and I have to say that this was about the cleanest place I have stayed in, and cutely decorated! The owners were wonderful to deal with. Also, the kitchen had all the utinsels and pots and pans that you would need. This is the first place that I have stayed in that actually had clean cooking utensils and appropriate pots and pans. If ever we go back to Hilton Head, and I know we will, I will definitely rent this unit again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our first stay at Hilton Head Island and we're glad we stayed at Hilton Head Resort. The beaches are beautiful, and uncrowded compared to the southern end of the island. Yet restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping options are only minutes away. The condo is located in the prime spot at the resort, right at the boardwalk entrance. We watched the sunrise every morning from the porch. It's so peaceful!! The kitchen was great, and we used it every day. All the pots/pans/utensils we needed were there. We enjoyed the tennis courts at the resort, and found them to be in great condition. Having a pool located right in the courtyard, just steps away from the condo was also a favorite. It was also handy to have a small convenience store/deli by the pool for last minute items. We didn't try the food at the deli, but the menu seemed decent, and it even had a breakfast menu! We plan to try it on our next visit. One of our favorite activities was bike riding on the beach. This is also where the uncrowded beaches on the northern part of the island paid off. Even so, check the tide schedule and plan your ride to avoid high tide to allow for easiest riding. The sand was so firm that it was easy to pedal on the beach, and we did for many, many hours. Overall, the condo was very comfortable. It was well-equipped, and everything worked just fine. It was just my wife and I during the week, but the second bedroom would have been fine for another couple, or the kids. In general, the area seemed very family-friendly. There were even wild bunnies living near the marsh, and we sent pictures back to our kids. We have already recommended this condo to friends and work associates looking for a great Hilton Head getaway, and plan to return next year (if not sooner)!

We had a wonderful time at your condo and I want to thank you for your thoughtfulness. Whenever we needed something, all we had to do was look for it and it was there. We loved the sunrise and the stroll on the boadwalk as well as the ride in the golf cart, also that the Piggly Wiggly Supermarket was so close and had great choices. I am telling all our friends how pleasant our stay was in Hilton Head and God willing we will come again.
