A spacious three-bedroom house just outside of Park City, Utah. There's a bus line down the street which transports you into the festival area. We rented a car and it only took 10 minutes to get into town. The nearest ski resort is just a few minutes away which is accessible by bus. The rooms are large so it's easy to come back home and relax. The kitchen opens up into the living and dining room area. There are two balconies which face an open field and the mountain range. My family truly enjoyed this place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
Owner response: Douglas & family, I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again at the next Sundance Festival. Congrats on your Sundance nomination and good luck next year!

A lovely and spacious home with a very accomodating landlady. We had a family of six visit us for a few days and we had plenty of room. Great views of the evening sunsets. Everything you could need in the kitchen and the rest of the home. We would highly recommend it. Pete & Janet DonovanRecommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: I'm glad you enjoyed the home as much as I do, and yes, the sunsets are spectacular. I enjoyed meeting you and your guests and of course Roxie, who Vixen fell in love with. She's hoping to see all of your next summer. Have a wonderful holiday season.

We stayed at this property during The Sundance Film Festival this year (2012). We have nothing but good things to say about both the place and the owner, Catherine. The location was great for the Festival and within minutes from great Utah skiing. The place was tidy, spacious, and had breath taking views of the mountains, which could be seen from both balconies atop. Catherine was very kind and accommodating, greeting us with freshly baked blueberry muffins. She even watched our dog when we were out watching films! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bang for their buck!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: It was great having you and of course getting to know Jack, the Cocker Spaniel extradionnarie. Vixen says arrff! Hope to see you next year!

Great skiing and the comfort of a well-maintained family home made this trip a success for the 4 of us. It's the perfect location with the Canyons Resort 10 minutes away and great shopping and restaurants at Kimball Junction, 5 minutes away. The on-site property manager was very courteous and helpful during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for all of the right reasons.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We were part of a large wedding party over the Christmas holidays and six of us stayed here while the other 8 stayed at the house next door, which was so convenient. This home is very comfortable and you can't beat the location and the views of the mountains and the Swaner Nature Preserve. Located near all the resorts, Kimball Junction and downtown, it's the perfect place to be. The property manager even had a Christmas goody basket for us and made sure that we were comfortable. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

Having stayed at this location several times I am confident you will enjoy the central location, home amenities and the fantastic view of the mountains and ski resorts. My family and I have also stayed here during the summer and have enjoyed the local trails and close proximity to the Jordanelle State Park for boating, fishing, water sports and of course just relaxing in the sun. A fabulous place anytime of the year.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

My family and I were very comfortable in this lovely home minutes away from the ski resorts, shopping and yes, a bowling alley at Redstone. An added bonus was having the property manager on site in the lower apartment in the event an emergency and we needed assistance. This is a fabulous location as once we saw the sights in Old Town and skied all day we were able to leave the hustle and bustle and enjoy the peace and quiet of a nice home, prepare a family dinner (we did eat out at the numerous restaurants located with a 5-minue drive) and just relax in a safe and secure environment. I highly recommend this lovely home, anytime.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1
