  We had such a great time at this house. Everything was just perfect and clean. At first I thought it would be too small but we all had our own room and it ended up being very accomodating. Decor is just so cute. We also loved the televisions since my son had to bring his X-box. We walked to beach and town. Restaurants were very good. Great beach for your dog to run free. We will definetly be back.

  10 on scale of 10. House is darling, very nicely decorated, comfortable, attention to detail. well stocked and well thought out.It is apparent owners take pride in this house. Karen was a delight to correspond with, answering questions in a timely manner. Bedding is of high quality as are the furnishings. We can't wait to return to this darling house. Very convenient location as it is just a few houses to sand and beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Outdoor rear deck very nice and protected from wind when it is windy at beach with plenty of seating area and nice bbq area. I can't say enough good things about this house and we have rented many VRBO properties. You won't regret renting this house and you won't want to leave.

  My husband and I took our teenage daughter and three of her friends to this house to celebrate her birthday. The space was perfect! Wonderful decor inside and outside, well-stocked kitchen, SO close to the beach and just a few blocks from town. The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom is very quiet and private - I could hardly hear the girls as they watched movies in one room while I read in the room next door. Our dogs also had a wonderful time. The property is totally enclosed and the dogs lounged on the deck all day. There is a perfect combination of sun and shade on the back deck and the heater in the front room is very effective at taking off the morning chill (if there is one). The owner (Karen) is SO helpful and had lots of great information about the house and the area. We all loved it and can't wait to come back.

  We spent a weekend in this property at the end of October 2011 and the place was perfect for 2 couples and 2 kids (could also work well for 3 couples). It is very close to the beach, and very cute, very welcoming. Great taste for decor - beach theme without being over the top, right amount of comfort and tools provided in the kitchen, gorgeous outdoor space. Super friendly owner too! If I had a place in Stinson I'd hope it would be exactly like that!

  A wonderful, sweet, light filled beach bungalow. I went with my husband and two little kids and everyone had a blast. It's steps to the beach and at night we sat in the hot tub and watched the stars. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are incredibly comfy and cozy. The owner was responsive and so helpful, even offering up tips on where to get a good breakfast. We would absolutely come back. We stayed three nights, but a week would have been nice!

  A Chefs delight !!! Fully stocked kitchen - utensils, food processor, blender, large cutting boards, gas BBQ *** Wow !!! I couldn't be happier ! Upon arrival, it's the loveliest white house on the path leading to the beach. The cottage is beautifully decorated with the perfect amount of charm. Well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Great backyard - perfect for the dogs to hang-out, the grand kids in the hot tub and the adults relaxing under the patio umbrella. The outdoor shower is a "real-plus" for hosing off the kids, dogs and our feet after spending the day at the beach. Did I mention..."dog friendly beach"....one of the few left ! We surfed, made sand castles and hiked to Bolinas every day with the dogs. This vacation had something to offer everyone.

  i wanted a peaceful, comfortable home to host my parents and nephews for a week of Stinson fun and relaxation. this little house was so adorable and every last detail was thought of. Karen was incredibly kind and she has tastefully decorated this home. we also viewed her larger home which would be amazing for a bigger group of folks. we were pleased with everything especially the outdoor kitchen and lounging area ~ making the house twice it's size. i really hope to make this a yearly retreat in one way shape or form.

  My family of 6 (two adults, two kids, two dogs) had a great stay at this charming beach house. It had everything we needed--lots of great indoor and outdoor eating spaces, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, outdoor shower, hot tub, iPod dock, washer/dryer, great lounge areas--and nothing we didn't--like the millions of knick-knacks you find at lots of rentals or grime from the last tenants. It's a small house, but smartly furnished (loved the clothing hooks everywhere for towels and suits!) and feels surprisingly light and spacious when you get inside. It was super clean. The kids loved the slanted roof in the bunk room and having a flat-screen in their room. The outdoor kitchen was an added bonus--sink, grill, burner, minifridge--and made outdoor dining a treat. The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating. And all of us are looking forward to going back!

  This home is cozy and cute! The backyard patio area is amazing...love the outdoor shower, we used it daily. The kitchen is beautiful, the bedrooms cozy. The entire place is perfectly decorated in relaxing beach theme. Upon driving up to the home, it reminded me of Snow White's cottage, with the slanted roof line and rounded front door. Ceilings are low, and rooms are small, but the space seems much larger due to skylights in every room and the vaulted living room. Our favorite piece of furniture was the square coffee table with a glass top and the variety of shells displayed underneath in a large drawer. My daughter spent hours searching the beach for shells good enough to add to the collection. We stayed with 3 kids and two dogs with plenty of space for all of us! It was a great affordable retreat for our family!!!

  My husband and I and our two daughters stayed here. It was EVERYTHING we would want in a beach house. From the white-washed beach-y decor, to the modern amenities (flat screens in every room), and the wonderful jacuzzi, we really enjoyed this house. It is steps from the beach, very quiet, and the kitchen had everything in it you would possibly need to eat every meal at home. The outdoor deck/bar-b-que area was also great. We entertained family with 8+ adults comfortably. There was an outdoor shower as well as washer and dryer (HUGE PLUS w/ kids, also so nice to put your wet bathing suit in a dryer for next use). I can't say enough about what a great place this was. DEFINITELY recommend!

Summer partial week flexibility after June 1st if a week is still open ($293/nt).
Pet Fee $25/pet (2 pet max)
Cleaning Fee of $125 and 10% Hotel Tax not included.
Deposit: 25% of rental fee at booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Separate $300 security deposit required (held but not cashed).
