We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Cydney's condo overlooking the beautiful pool and the boats in the marina. The Grand Marina complex is tranquil but only a short walk from Paradise Village's stores and restaurants. Perfect spot and quiet as can be. The unit is attractive, nicely furnished, well equipped, and is even decorated with some of Cydney's skillful watercolors. All in all, we made an excellent choice in staying here. See you next year!

First trip to Nuevo Vallarta

We stayed at this condo at Grand Marina Villas December 19-26. Simply put, it was great!! This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and we really liked it with many things to do and many enjoyable ways to spend some time doing nothing. We will most likely go again. People were very friendly and accommodating. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The grounds were meticulous. Staff was delightful. I would give this place a 10.

We had the most wonderful stay at Cydney's condo, just got back on November 12th and can't wait to go again! The condo in Grand Marina villas is just as beautiful as the pictures show and is equiped with everything you could need to have a great time. The pools and grounds are immaculate and the close access to shopping and the beach club and sports centre give lots of different things to do. The grandkids 3 and 11 even had pool toys to play with. It is peaceful when you need it, especially at night and the staff are so helpful and friendly As I said "roll on next year"

Lovely Condo - Great Location

We stayed at Cydney and Richard's condo at Grand Marina Villas for 3+ weeks in April. Week one was a golf holiday with daily rounds at El Tigre and Flamingos. El Tigre had just hosted an LPGA event and it is a beautiful and challenging course with exceptional service. Easy access by shuttle from the condo. Flamingos is an old charming (the first course in Nuevo) course where crocodiles bathe by the ponds! a short taxi ride away and complementary shuttle back. Week two was pure relaxation. Days spent at the beach club - a 2 minute walk from the condo. Great food at the beach club (and great beverages) with good service. It was never crowded even though the Holy Week vacation was that week and numerous nationales flock to Nuevo. For week three we enjoyed our grandaughter (age 22 months), daughter and son-in law staying with us. The children's pools at the condo, beach club and sports club (at El Tigre) were a highlight! The sports club also has a huge indoor play area for children (air conditioned and a good break from the sun for little ones!) Nearby restaurants are plentiful - at most a $3.50 cab ride from the condo. The new Thai restaurant (Ginger) is awesome as is the old standby Eddies. Shopping Centre is half a block away and includes a Starbucks, numerous shops, grocery store, childrens indoor play area and good restaurants. Groceries are a bit more at this store but Wal-Mart is only a $7.00 cab ride for major shopping. We hope to go back soon! Cydney was always helpful with any questions and stayed in touch by email to ensure our vacation was everything we hoped.

Paradise Village Grand Marina Condo

Our family has vacationed in this unit each year for the past several years. It has always been an excellent experience. The owner maintains good communication and any problem, no matter how minor, is always promptly addressed. The staff in the complex are friendly and helpful. The unit has always been clean and comfortable and it has been particularly convenient to have free internet and phone service to the U.S.A. The beach and fitness facilities are excellent and the entire resort is always impeccably maintained. We have vacationed in many other places, but this is at the top of our list of favorites.

MY TRIP TO MEXICO WAS THE VERY FIRST TIME I HAD BEEN ANYWHERE TROPICAL, MY 3 FRIENDS AND I STAYED AT THIS CONDO AND I WAS BREATHTAKEN BY THE BEAUTY OF EVERYTHING THE STAFF WERE GREAT AND THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN, THE CONDO HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD THINK OF,,IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, HOPE TO BOOK WITH CYDNEY AGAIN...THANK YOU

My family and I have stayed at this Condominium for two years in a row, March 2004 and March 2005. I just recently booked our 2006 trip, we are again returning to this Condominium at Paradise Village. Dealing with the owner, Cydney, is a pleasure. I have never hesitated to recommend Paradise Village. The Condominium and grounds are maintained beautifully. The Hotel staff is very friendly as are the guests of the Hotel and Condominiums. It is a wonderful place for a family vacation and a great value too!

We absolutely loved your condo. It exceeded all our expectations for cleanliness, roominess and closeness to all the "action" without being in it.
