Second room also has a king bed and flat screen TV and a seperate entrance to the main bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with DVD player combo. The dining room is complete with seating for six. All brand new and fresh for your enjoyment.
Two beach chairs are also provided for your use. Kept in the large laundry room, right by the front door, where you can keep all your other beach toys and supplies.

Recently we found this great condo in Panama City Beach called Tropic Winds that was just completed in April 2009 and decided to buy now a few years before we retire. We are renting it to help offset some of the costs and to share it with others. If you decide to come to Tropic Winds, on the Emerald Coast I am confident you will find it friendly, fun and relaxing, but with lots to do if you want to, just as we have. You will love our Condo and the view it offers.

Dear Paula, Thank you for letting us stay in your Panama City, home. It was a perfect location to watch the Pier Park firework show. Pier Park was packed with people outside waiting for the fireworks, unfortunately it poured rain just before dark, we were nice and dry on the balcony.
