  I stayed at the unit for slightly more than a month and loved it. It is excellently located - walking distance to many bus routes, cafes, supermarket, cleaners and the Golden Gate Park. The unit was clean, well equipped and functional with a cosy feel. The only downside was the neighbors' kids living right above the unit. As the floorboards are wooden, I could hear them running and jumping all over the kitchen (which is located directly above my bedroom) every morning from 7.30 am to 10am. The sounds were rather annoying. Otherwise, a very pleasant place!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  My granddaughter & I felt at home in this suite the moment we walked in. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Looking at the garden through the French doors was my favorite part of this rental. After spending time in other parts of SF coming back here to the peace & quiet of the neighborhood was most appreciated. We agree with others that Patrick was a dream to rent from, accomodating & helpful at all times. Because we were staying for a month, I searched very carefully for the right place & I am pleased to say I found it!

  My husband and I spent a week in San Francisco and we had the pleasure of staying in he wonderful property. It is everything you see and more. It is perfectly located near everything. The property was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the patio and the lovely back yard. I can't say enough about this property, we really had a great great time. Thank you Patrick.

  We felt like we were living in San Fran for a fews days, with the convenient, yet not touristy location. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great having the washing and drying facilities. We always prefer apartments to hotels and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

  I wanted to be close to our family in Richmond and this perfectly fit the bill. The apartment is clean and well appointed, and quiet. Breakfast on the deck in the sun surrounded by lovely flowers could not be nicer. Bed very comfortable and everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. I enjoyed walking up to Golden Gate Park and the Museums there. Convenient shops for supplies are close by, and buses run frequently into the City from several nearby streets. All very satisfactory.

  My wife and I stayed in the unit for 5 nights and loved it. Richmond is a nice neighborhood that we felt really comfortable walking around in at night. There are two bus lines nearby that take you right downtown. Getting to the apartment from downtown is also easy. Plus, you are only 3 blocks from Golden Gate park. It was really easy to go to the Science Museum and the DeYoung Museum. The apartment was clean and well stocked with amenities (e.g., extra toilet paper and towels). There is a Safeway within 3 blocks, too, so it was easy to buy some food and toiletries. Patrick was great to work with. He suggested we take BART from the airport to downtown and then catch a cab from there to the apartment. It was a simple suggestion that saved us $30 or so. Loved it and we'll be back if we can!   My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with our first trip to SF. We decided to opt for a 1 BR vacation rental and were thrilled with our choice to stay here. This apartment was perfectly located for easy access out of the city, as well as, into the city. Everything we needed was nearby with many things to do and see; some planned and some pleasant surprises as we explored the neighborhoods. Turns out a friend from my husband's childhood in Iowa, whom he hadn't seen for over 20 years, lives five blocks away! The apartment was comfortable, clean and well -appointed. I was pleasantly surpised at the amount of natural light in the apartment. The garden was a splendor of fragrances, colors and sounds from the various birds who came to visit. We would definitely stay here again. Arrangements were clear and easy to make. Patrick was responsive to my questions about getting to the apartment from the airport and provided an opportunity for us to park our rental car in the driveway. I spent a lot of time comparing my San Francisco vacation rental options in all different neighborhoods. Let me save you time and recommend you end your search and reserve from Patrick now. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

  For our 7 day visit to San Francisco we found Patrick’s apartment to be very conveniently located within either walking distance or by bus to a week’s worth of this amazing city’s best attractions. Everything promised was provided – upon request Patrick even went and purchased a hair dryer! This neighbourhood is very quiet and felt safe when walking home at night. Golden Gate Park is only a few minutes walk away – and here we explored the new Science Centre, DeYoung art gallery and miles of nature trails leading west to sand dunes along the Pacific shore. Bring your hill-climbing shoes, buy a Muni bus pass, and try walking over the Golden Gate Bridge. Thank-you, Patrick for your hospitality and correctly predicting (even in March) that we would enjoy some sunshine each and every day!

  We visited from the UK, stayed for a month and were sad to leave. The description and photos are very accurate and making arrangements with Patrick was very easy and straightforward. We found it to be very comfortable and well equipped. The washing machine and dryer are extremely efficient and the wifi connection is fast and reliable. It's a good location and we manged easily without a car, using muni & taxis. The monthly muni passes were excellent value for us and there was a lot to do within easy walking distance including food shopping at the local Safeway. I don't usually do reviews but this condo is excellent and I highly recommend it!
