Beautiful River Run condominium near the gondola with great ski slope views. This first-floor condominium with 11-foot ceilings, over-sized deck which overlooks the ski mountain, and custom decorating is the owners lovingly maintained second home. The condominium is freshly painted and carpeted with new granite countertops and copper sinks, new slate flooring and bath, new furniture and accessories all with a light and spacious feel. You will appreciate the extra space in this condo - 25% larger than most River Run one bedroom units!
The bedroom is huge with a sitting area and king-sized bed with new Beautyrest pillowtop mattress, featherbed and down comforter and a 32" flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player. The living room has a queen-sized Murphy bed, gas fireplace, 42" flat screen TV with DVR and Blu-Ray DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free wireless internet access is included. You are just steps away from the hot tub and heated pool. Arapahoe Lodge is a log building with wonderful Colorado ambiance just a short walk from the Keystone gondola and in the heart of the dining, shopping and activities of River Run Village.
Cancellations: Refund minus $25 if cancelled one month or longer before reservation first day. No refund if cancelled within one month unless unit becomes rented for the cancelled time period. A damage deposit of $150 is required which will be returned after check out minus any damage.

We just got back from a Christmas trip to Keystone. We loved the condo, especially the location. It is right across from ski school and at the base of the gondola. Loved having the indoor parking garage and ski locker. Also LOVED being on the first floor, after a full day of skiing the closer the better. This was our first experience with VRBO and it was great. Our owner sent the key with instructions a couple of weeks before our trip and it couldn't have been any easier. The condo was clean and very cozy. You have a great view of the mountain and the night skiing. We tried a couple of the close by restaurants for dinner and had a pleasant experience. We plan on going back and would recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This was our 2nd stay at the condo. Very comfortable. You truly feel like you are a guest at their home. The short walk to the gondola and restaurants is great. Hot tub and heated pool are nice. This is by far the best accommodations we've experienced at Keystone.

Absolutely fantastic condominium ! A warm, comfortable and delightful place to spend time with family and loved ones. Top notch decor, with all the right amenities. It is like a home away from home. The owners don't miss a beat in making this place perfect for that special vacation. Everything is just a step away; Gondola, Slopes, Heated Pool, Jacuzzis, Shops, Restaurants and lively Pubs. I you're looking for that perfect one bedroom, you've found it! Been renting up there for 2 years now, and this is the best by far. Must see!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

From the moment you walk in the door it is apparent that the owner of this condo love (and take exceptional care of) their unit. All of the reviews below are spot on - close to slopes, close to hot tubs and pool, great parking access, beautifully furnished. . . . Owner provided great tips on area restaurants and other favorites. We hope to come back soon.

Once again this is the most fabulous place to stay at Keystone, and a great long skiing vacation. It has everything any family could need. The view up River Run is great, and the location is just perfect, just steps away from the chair lift and gondola. Also, is the safe underground parking and the hot tub is just down the hall. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home away from home. I miss skiing already, and can't wait till next year!

This February 2009, was the second time we stayed at this apartment for one week. And again, we were very happy there, as the apartment is comfortable and so conveniently located. The skiing was wonderful and it is great as well, to be able to watch the skiers from our balcony, as they come down to Beaver Run. We also appreciate the hot tub nearby! I hope that everyone reads my comments regarding this terrific unit. Please don't miss an opportunity to stay at this condo! It is an extremely large 1 bedroom. It is just like being at your own home, and everything there exceeded our expecatations!! If you are skiing it is a very short walk to the new gondola or lift. Sitting on the oversized deck & observing the view of River Run is also spectacular. There are so many positive things to say about this condo, I could go on & on. It is well worth every dollar spent, and we are very pleased that we choose this condo to spend our long skiing vacation. Thanks again S & P for letting us stay in your condo!! We can't wait till next year.
