This spacious beach view home located on a quiet West Pine Avenue corner lot has double decks facing the beach and overlooking a private, heated pool. Kitchen and living areas have hardwood floors and are located on the upper level with the master bedroom (queen).
Lower level has three bedrooms (one king, one queen, two twins), two baths, a large laundry room and a small porch facing the bay side of the island.
Located on the pool level is enough covered parking for four cars, a screened patio for dining near the pool, a tiled fish-prep sink, and a poolside enclosed shower/changing area.
With a straight shot to the beach, it's an easy 2-minute walk for a day of fun. Our home is 250 yards from the beach. Rent a bike and enjoy the miles of bike trails or enjoy many of the water-related activities.

It feels like home when we arrive. you have a very lovely house and the rooms are great and the pool is soooo nice. The walk to the beach is a breeze and the view from the top balcony is amazing. We have visited St. George Island annually for several years - each time at a different rental home. Sunny Day is the best value by far.
