Indulge yourself and your guests in this sophisticated, elegant oceanfront home! “Lady Poseidon” is a spacious newer home with the quiet, understated features of a world class retreat. With 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, expansive great room, media room and secluded Master Suite, it encompasses 5800 square feet of refined living space.
The first floor great room consists of the open, gourmet kitchen, living room and dining area all with spectacular ocean views. The professionally outfitted kitchen features a Thermador fridge, Thermador, professional gas range with hood, icemaker, microwave drawer and dishwasher. The granite counters extend to the incredibly large island with enough room for 9 stools. The dining room table seats 10. The living room offers amazing ocean views and access to the covered porch. There is a gas fireplace with a TV mounted above. The entertainment system includes a Stereo, DVD player and multi room speakers.
Five guest bedrooms occupy the first floor. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and shares a full Jack & Jill bath with a walk in shower with Bedroom 2 which has 2 Twins. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have King beds and offer private access to the covered porch and ocean views. Both have full private baths; one with a tub/shower combo and one with a walk in shower. Bedroom 5 has 2 Queen beds and a full private bath with a tub/shower combo. There is also a half bath in the hallway leading to the media room. For the sports enthusiast in your group, the oversized media room features a TV above the gas fireplace. The full wet bar with sink and mini fridge will keep all the refreshments close at hand! There are two comfy sofas along with two sleeper ottomans.
The second floor is designated entirely to the Master Suite. The King bed is prominently located to make the best of the superb views of the ocean. There is a wall mounted TV. Perhaps enjoy the private, covered balcony for your morning coffee or after dinner drink. The large sitting area offers separate sofa seating, a desk and a morning kitchen complete with sink, fridge and dishwasher. The oversized Master Bath is a stylish and spa-like oasis. It includes a raised garden tub, 2 separate granite topped vanities and a huge walk-in shower with body sprays and rainhead showerhead.
The large private pool with extensive deck and heatable spa will supply hours of relaxation and comfort as you enjoy the ocean breezes. Or get the kids interested in a rousing game of ping pong.

Thanks so much for your professionalism in providing the perfect beach home for us to share QT with our family and friends. The home is absolutely perfect for such a group; we all enjoyed the home and location immensely…of course couldn’t beat the weather either. What wonderful days at 108 Ocean Blvd with good friends! We woke up to a magnificient sunrise and relished gorgeous sunsets at the close of the day. What a display of God's handiwork! The fantastic kitchen/dining/gathering room was our favorite place to gather. Great food and fellowship were enjoyed by all! We were also treated to excellent food at nearby restaurants. Trips to Charleston were a highlight as well! We leave felling refreshed and renewed carrying with us wonderful memories or our time together at 108 Ocean Blvd!Did you find this review helpful? We came all the way from Blegium to be here. We had a really great time, mostly beautiful weather, a nioce pool, a lovely view, a really comfortable houose......too much to mention here. This beach house was a superb location for a great week! We walked on the beach, looked at the dolphins & pelicans, went biking, visited the beautiful town of Charleston & the Magnolia PLantations (the mognolia flowers just started blossoming) & Drayton Hall. And we met Americans. Great experience! Top of the bill was of course the wedding of our cousin! A great start to our first trip to the US!!Did you find this review helpful?
