- Gas Fireplace: The gas fireplace's flickering flame and embers cast a beautiful glow. The river rock fireplace facade, the log mantle, and warmth radiating from the flames are certain to draw your friends and family around the fireplace for a relaxing evening.

- Queen Bed (3) : Firefly Lodge provides high quality, queen size, pillow top beds in the Pine Room and the Fern Suite. In addition, there is a recreation room with 2 twin size mattresses in a log daybed unit. The home has 2 full baths, plus a private outdoor hot and cold shower in the area of the hot tub.
- Twin/Single Bed (2) : There are 2 twin size mattresses in the Recreation Room. The log day there has a trundle unit beneath that rolls out when needed.
- Crib: We provide a "Pack & Play" bed for babies, including a crib sheet and baby blanket. We also provide a high chair, and two baby gates.

- Private Hot Tub: The premium Marquis Spa has multiple hydrotherapy features, and sits overlooking a private view of the river below.
- Shared Pool: The river is enjoyable for seasonal swimming, canoeing, kayaking, rafting, snorkeling, fishing, wildlife and bird watching, and much more. Passes are available to our local Health Club with a swimming pool for $10 apiece.

- Beachfront: The private beach behind the home is a great spot from which to enjoy swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, and other water sports. A hammock and chairs for lounging at the beach are provided.
- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: A stairway leads directly from the deck to the beach and river’s edge below. During the summer months the water is a very comfortable temperature, slow moving, and clear. In the winter the river becomes swift and scenic. All year round guests are drawn to views of the river, its wildlife, its ebb and flow, and change with the seasons. Summer months are marked by canoe traffic, swimmers, rafting, and guests exploring the river with out kayaks. Swimming and snorkeling are great pastimes here. We also provide access to some of the best fishing holes in the area, and opprotunities to fish for Steelhead and Coho Salmon. Fishing Licenses are required. Please check with the Dept. of Fish and Game for regulations. Licenses are sold in Headsburg at the Long's Drug Store.

Firefly's owner, Lisa Neisingh, grew up in a rural area of Sonoma County, where she enjoyed great vacations with family and friends at a summer cabin in the western hills of Sonoma County. Wanting to share the same memorable getaway experience with her children and others, she prepared Firefly Lodge, and three other nearby, riverfront homes, and has been inviting guests since 2003. Wanting to convey a relaxing, back-to-nature environment at Firefly, she chose a decorating style that's comfortable and timeless. In this upscale, rustic setting guests feel welcomed and relaxed. The home and its accomodations provide the perfect environment for those wanting to create special vacation memories while bonding with family and friends. It's also perfect for providing a break from the hectic pace of everyday life, and allows guests to relax in an incredibly peaceful and unspoiled setting. The focus is put on guests' comfort, and all efforts are made to direct the guest's attention to enjoyment of the beautiful natural environment surrounding the home.
