The first floor living area den is a comfortable gathering space complete with TV/DVD and a Queen sofa sleeper. You have access to the covered porch from this room as well.
The second-floor opens into a spacious great room including a living room with gas fireplace and TV/DVD, Gourmet kitchen with acres of granite counter top, SS appliances including gas cook top, 2 fridges, and counter seating enough for 7, dining room which seats 9 and cozy breakfast nook which seats 4. Enjoy partial ocean views from anywhere in this beautifully furnished living area. The second floor covered porch accommodates 8 at an outdoor table set. A staircase from this porch accesses the rooftop deck with spectacular 360 degree views!
The second master suite offers a King bed with TV and private bath with shower only. You have access to a private balcony with 2 rockers from this bedroom. There is one other guest bedroom with a Queen bed and private bath with tiled shower. This bedroom also has a private balcony with 2 rockers.
The owners have graciously provided a large beach wagon to make transporting beach gear a breeze!
The pool deck and patio area is fenced in and provides lounge chairs, rope hammock, wood rockers, gas BBQ grill, and table with 6 chairs.
