Beautiful, newly painted and newly furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath, luxury condo located directly on beach, in the heart of Destin.
This unit is one of the top rated, Platinum units available in the building. Unit 110 is easily located on the first floor above the parking garage. This means easy access to the front desk, elevator, parking, the pool/hot tub and beach.
Our unit has been completely repainted, houses new furniture, and has two new flat screen televisions as of 2010. This unit easily accommodates 6. The master bedroom features a king size comfortable bed and a full bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a king size comfortable bed with a full bath/shower. The brand new living room sectional converts to a queen size sleeper.
One of the best features of this unit is the wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding doors/windows located in the living room and master bedroom. From these rooms you can walk out to a roomy private balcony. This is a favorite place for watching the sun rise and set, eating, reading, watching the kids play in the pool and watching the dolphins play in the Emerald waters of the Gulf.
The kitchen is well appointed. It is stocked with all the accessories and appliances a cook needs. There is also a washer and dryer to use.
Towels and linens, as well as a starter kit of dish soap/laundry detergent and toiletries are provided.
Sterling Sands in an eight story condominium complex built in 1996. It is an perfect vacation spot for couples as well as families with children. Sterling Sands features a heated Gulf front pool, hot tub and work out facility. The beach area is large and in great condition. Beach service is available for renting chairs/umbrellas or you can provide your own. There are water activities located nearby. Sterling Sands is centrally located and is within walking distance to amusements (The Trax and the Big Kahuna water park), several casual and upscale restaurants, golf, and shopping. Just minutes down the road is the famous Silver Sands factory outlet mall.

We spent a month in this condo and can say that this unit is more beautiful than the photos show! We loved everything about it - the decor was lovely, the kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, the lobby staff was friendly and we were so close to the pristine beach that we walked it every day and went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves! We spent many afternoons on the comfortable chairs on the balcony, and the entire unit was immaculate when we arrived. We loved exploring Destin - our location was right in the middle of everything.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this rental in June 2011. It was great! We had 4 adults and 3 children. The size was good, the location was great, the balcony was HUGE! We had a great time and will definitely be back again. Our only complaints were that the water didn't drain well in the sinks/tubs, and the fire alarm went off one morning. Overall, it was fantastic!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
