  The unit was very nice, comfortable, clean and spacious. Jacqui was very pleasant and easy to work with, and the codes made accessing the unit very easy. Our group had and age range of 8 through 82, and we all had a great time. Even though the weather was unseasonably cool while we were there, the views from the patios were spectacular, and we enjoyed walking on the beach every day. The kids even braved the pool a couple of days, although the adults preferred the hot tub. The condo had everything we needed, and the elevator and walk in shower made it easy for our senior to get around.

  I had the most enjoyable experience from the initial contact with Jacqui to my introduction to the luxurious condo we rented. The decor was very tasteful decorated and very spacious. The view was unbelievable overlooking the Gulf of Mexican on one side and the Sound on the other. The wrap around porch from the 12 floor was spectacular. The unit accommodated 7 adults comfortably with the three nice size bedrooms and the master bedroom was nicer than the one in my own home. I am looking forward to renting the same unit next year for another family reunion.

  The property exceeded every expectation we had. The photos do not do it justice. The condo was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed to make our vacation wonderful.The views of both the ocean and bay are spectacular. We enjoyed the large pool and beach area as well as visiting restaurants in the area such as, Shaggy's, Peg Leg Pete's (right next door) and McGuires. Jacqui was great to work with and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this condo and will hopefully be back!

  We came down with family for the week, had a wonderful time! The views were the best I have experienced on Pensacola Beach. We had some family fly in to Pensacola Airport, it was very convenient from the beach. The condo was very comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice, The unit was very clean and spacious. The decks were very nice and roomy! We had no problems at all. The owners were very easy to work with. The water filter on the refrigerator went out and was fixed in less than one hour with a phone call. We definitely want to stay here again!

  We come to Pensacola Beach at least once a year. We've stayed in this complex a few times but this was the first in this condo. The experience was great. This condo is roomy and has great views. I'd be pleased to rent this condo again.

  I just returned from a one week vacation at this property with my adult-aged kids. From the moment we arrived the property far exceeded our expectations. Across the street from an uncroweded beach and with unobstructed views of the Gulf to the south, sunsets to the West and the bay to the east, this property fulfilled all of our hopes. The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this rental unit to anyone planning to visit Pensacola Beach.

  Stayed here for a week and did not want to leave. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Very comfortable. The views are the best on the beach. From the 12th floor, the Gulf is on one side, the sound on the other and the west end of Santa Rosa Island in between with beautiful sunsets. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again!

  What a beautiful and immaculate condo in which to relax and refresh after a busy semester of teaching. The furnishings were top notch, and everything we needed to enjoy cooking was easily found in the well equipped kitchen. Although it was December, the weather was mild. We even enjoyed the hot tub out by the pool a couple of afternoons. The owners were great to work with, going above and beyond to answer questions and make our stay memorable. We loved our visit and only wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we can stay here again.

  We arrived at a time of great grief having lost my sister (who lived in Pensacola) just hours before getting to the condo. What we found at the unit was great. Clean, great furnishings, quiet with a great view. It was better than we expected. The lady who helped us to rent the unit was kind, and very helpful. When we go back to Pensacola, we will try to rent this unit again. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by some of my family. The walks on the beach were relaxing. Great eating places were close by. Churches are just a few miles away. Description are correct, photos don't do justice, as things are even better than pictured.

  Even though this unit is across the street from the beach, the views are absolutely stunning (of both the Gulf and the Bay). Likewise, it's a short walk to the beach (and we were toting a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old). The condo is massive, with plenty of space, and its decorated very nicely. (And the rate was unbeatable!) We had an amazing time. The only word of caution: while the unit and the driveway gate both use codes (no keys to keep up with...), the walk-through gate (to the beach) requires a key. Don't forget that key! :) Oh, don't miss Peg-Leg's next door... It's fantastic!
