"What a wonderful Honey moon, we enjoyed this week, visit Estepona old town and Puerto Banus. La Sala (restaurant/club) was a lot of fun and dancing! Playa Bella (restaurant) a great romantic dinner. We really enjoyed the Beach Club bar and restaurant. Hope to be back soon. Great place, great location!"Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We very much enjoyed the condo. We were there in a little bit of the rainy season so we didnt get to enjoy the private pool as much as we would have in nicer weather. With a car it was very easy to get around Estepona and Marbella areas as well as an easy (about 1 hour) drive to the border to Gibraltar. Highly recommend parking near the border and walking into Gibraltar, we did and it was very easy. we drove up to Malaga and took the train to Seville for a day trip. We made another day trip to Granada. Condo is in a great location to base out of for day trips. We also spent a couple of days just relaxing around the condo in the pools and at the beach. The owner is very easy to communicate and deal with. I highly recommend staying here. We loved it. I just wish we lived closer to take advantage of this wonderful place again (we live in Washington state on the west coast of the US). If you are looking to make a trip to Estepona stay here. I know you will will be very pleased with your stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is one of the most memorable vacations we had. The penthouse was above our expectations in Avery way. The location, view and the interior is incredible. We travel a lot, and this is one of the best properties we stayed at considering that it is in the beach, private from the hustle and bustle of a large city, yet so close to all, Marbella and Porto Banus. Wonderful!!! We enjoyed the private pool and the terrace very much as you can spent all day sunbathing, swimming and dining with complete privacy. The owner is most accommodating and pleasant. Great to deal with. We had everything we needed. My elderly parents enjoyed so much that they were very sad to leave. We will return again and stay longer as we fell in love with Souther Spain. Loved it.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

They say pictures are worth a thousand words, but this penthouse far surpasses its pictures! From the moment we arrived, we knew this penthouse was something very special. The location, the furnishings, the pool, the balconies, and the owner were all terrific! The owner, Semyon, takes great pride in his property and it showed in every detail. All of his restaurant recommendations were right on, and we especially enjoyed the Playa Bella Restaurant within walking distance of the complex. We had a wonderful time exploring the area, as it is very convenient for day trips to Gibraltar and Morocco. The penthouse is located in a central area to many attractions in the Andalucia Region. It is a very nice apartment with pool on top deck. The accomodation is very comfy and really enjoyed the decks overlooking the Mediterranean.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We are a group of 5 adults and we had a wonderful time during our Marbella stay. The condo is very comfortable, spacious and everything was as advertised and in good working order. Having the upper deck with the heated pool was a real highlight. We especially enjoyed the restaurant Playa Bella (4 nights out of 7) which is an easy few minute walk. Pretty much need a vehicle for day trips, grocery shopping etc. Semyon is very warm and accommodating owner who is proud of his property and it shows. If you have ever wondered how the "other half" live, this will settle the question. The pictures do not do it justice. We spent 8 nights and plan to come back next year. The 2 terraces are wonderful and private and the unit is large and spacious. The private pool is indeed private and great for jumping in and out while sunning on the upper terrace. It is well furnished with everything you need and the security is 24 hours. The Playa Bella restaurant is a 5 minute walk and worth it. Wonderfull food and staff. Semyon made us feel right at home and answered all of our questions. This not some dingy "rental unit" but a home that gets rented out on occasion. Thanks Semyon for a wonderfull stay. Would highly recommend this penthouse. This is an excellent penthouse with all the facilities within walking distance, beach, restaurants. The complex has its own two pools and is very well maintained. Very safe and secure for kids. All the extars supplied, home from home. Kids loved the private heated pool and easy acess to the beach. Loved the walk along the prom. The penthouse was so spacious and comfortable, and we loved the outside dining area. Kids were very happy with having Satellite TV. Would highly recommened!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway.

The appartment is everything you could expect and more. It is immaculate inside and out, we were fortunate to have the lovely private pool to ourselves. It is very spacious and beautiful and clean inside, very well decorated. As we are a big family (6 of us) we made use of all the kitchen appliances which did make it more economical than eating out lots. There is so much to see and do locally, but I would advise a car to make the most of your stay. We would go back in a flash and so would our children, can not fault anything about our holiday just wish it lasted longer !!! very impressed, thank you NeiraRecommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Heyy! We are big family. My grandfather lives here in Spain, me and my mom visit him every spring. I love to swim here in the pool and at the sea. My grandfather takes me bungee jumping, I love it! The amazing thing - he has the sea in his back yard, I told my friends in school up north, but they did not believe me. I am 8 years old, live in USA, our family is multinational, so we are welcome all international guests as well at our house!
Why the Owner Chose Marbella:
The main factor was the climate, it is a dry warm climate. Living directly on the beach in a gated community with many amenities and many cultural activities. It is centrally located in a growing area called 'The New Golden Mile.' There is a lot to do and is very close to world famous city Marbella & Puerto Banus. I have traveled all over the world and would truly say Spain is my favorite country!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I enjoy the peace and tranquility of living directly on the beach. My activities include swimming in the ocean and private pool, sunbathing, rollerblading on marble boardwalk on the ocean and walking on the beach. My family from the Unites States comes to visit yearly for holiday. My granddaughter particularly loves to go bungee jumping on the beach in Mrabella and she says to all her fiends that her grandfather 'has the sea on his backyard'. They love to spend their vacation here and we enjoy every moment of it. We feel that we are living in paradise!
