This is the perfect beach condo to just kick back and enjoy all the many pleasures of Amelia Island. The location is perfect - beach access is right across the road - less than 200 steps to the sand where you'll find our most beautiful and un-crowded beach. Best of all,with-in a 10 minute drive you can be just about anywhere on the island.
The condo is pet friendly with a gated area where your pets are safe. There is a cute little patio area outside the living room where you can sip your morning coffee and when you are ready to enjoy your evening cocktail, go up to the rooftop deck and watch the magnificent sunsets.
Less than 1/4 mile to the fabulous Surf Restaurant. Best on the beach!
Fernandina Beach is our little town on Amelia Island - the historic district is unique and wonderful.

This place was great. Immaculate interior, decent view of the ocean from the roof top patio. Right across the street from Beach access. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our first time renting a condo on the Island. We try to make it to Amelia Island once a year to visit family and vacation. This was a great experience as our first time renting a condo. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenitites. We had 6 people and 2 small dogs, which the condo fit perfectly. We had a great stay and would rent again! Thanks!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About: We live in Chicago and discovered Amelia Island when attending business meetings at Amelia Island Plantation. Like so many before us, we fell in love with the island - we love to play tennis, and this seemed like a great place for that! So we have bought this condo and hope to use it ourselves when it is not rented out.
Why Port of Call:
Amelia Island just felt right for us -we love the little town and enjoy the local people. The condo was the perfect place for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy relaxing and reading books; we love getting up early and walking over to the beach to watch the sunrise; and we definitely love sampling all the local seafood in the many great restaurants on the island. Another real perk is that Jacksonville airport is only 40 minutes away - making it very easy to get to the island.
