  Great location, quiet area. Still close to everything, near funland which is great if you have kids. Beautiful views of ocean. My only suggestion would be to maybe provide a highchair or booster seat and a pack and play for families with small children/infants. It's alot of big items to pack in your car. Thank you!!

  My wife and I stayed here for a week. The condo is clean, very nicely furnished, fully equipped for cooking meals, and best of all, offers both a wonderful view of the ocean and close proximity to the beach. I think it took us about 3 minutes to get to the beach where we rented an umbrella and chairs for the entire week from a man named Billy. It was such a load off our minds to just be able to amble out to the ocean whenever we wanted and take a break from the heat during the afternoon by going back inside. Also, being able to just go out and walk everywhere -- the Boardwalk is at the end of the block, or 3 minutes away -- to the wonderful eateries and shopping that Rehoboth has to offer. We've rented other properties in Rehoboth but this may have been the best so far. Finally, when we returned home, the owner of the condo was prompt in contacting us in order to refund our deposit. I don't think the photos really do justice to the condo, though.

  This was my family's second vacation in this beautiful condo and we hope to make it a third next year. The condo has everything you need and the closeness to the beach is great. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking for the most perfect vacation rental.

  This is a beautiful property. The kitchen is fully equipped and the location is excellent. The best part is sitting on the deck and looking at the ocean at night. The sounds and the waves were soothing and inspiring. To have this property is to have a little slice of your own Rehoboth. Great beach location with lifeguards and close to everything.

  My family enjoyed our second stay at this condo in September. The space is very comfortable and works well for our daughter (2 years old). The primary draw for the condo is its amazing proximity to the beach -- at most a 15-second walk. Being able to go back and forth is very helpful and convenient with a small child.

  We were extremely pleased with this beach rental and can't wait to come back. It was perfect for us: close to the beach, great views, close to restaurants/boardwalk, and very clean. Already looking forward to next summer's beach vacation and hoping we can stay here again! Thanks so much!!

  We had a great time. The bedroom upstairs were nice when putting the kid to bed. The deck is huge. We would spend the morning on the deck watching the ocean drinking coffee. The place was beautiful.

  My family and I had a wonderful vacation and your bright, beautiful condo was the main reason why. This condo has everything a family would need to spend a very comfortable week at the beach.
