This bright and spacious property is only 1.5 blocks from the beautiful Belmar boardwalk and beaches, and a short walk to restaurants, shopping and the Belmar NJ Transit station. Completely renovated (2007) with beautiful ocean views from both balconies.
First floor layout is open and bright – comfortable common sitting area with 42" flat HDTV, open kitchen with stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar, hardwood floors and breakfast nook. Coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, and all cooking utensils included.
Sliding glass doors off the dining area lead to a 290 sq ft deck for barbecue-ing on the natural gas grill, dining al fresco or just relaxing! Patio table and chairs provided. Large, fenced-in, flat backyard is great for entertaining or playing games with the kids.
Private master bedroom has cathedral ceilings, private balcony with ocean views, flat HDTV and spacious master bath with separate shower and tub. Three bedrooms and a full bath on second floor (BR#1 - 2 twin beds, BR#2 - 2 twin beds, BR#3 - 1 full bed). Bonus game room with a flat HDTV and third full bath on the ground floor for the kids (or the kids at heart). High speed wireless internet, cable. Washer, dryer and common area in the finished basement. Tile and hardwood floors throughout with two carpeted bedrooms.
2-zone central air and heat throughout. Garage and driveway provide off-street parking for 2 cars.
Upon arrival you will find a welcome package which includes keys to the house, 4 beach passes, local take-out and delivery menus and any relevant instructions you will need to make your stay comfortable.
Our Home is available only to discerning renters who will treat it as their own. **No Smoking**
Approximately 1 hour drive from NYC (2 hours via NJ Transit) and 1.5 hours from Philadelphia.
2 Week minimum rental period; monthly and full-summer rentals preferred.

We love being in Belmar - For us, it's a convenient train ride from New York City to this year-round town and great community. Belmar is close to great restaurants, beautiful golf courses, shopping in quaint shore towns or larger malls, nearby amusement parks, etc. catering to all ages. The clean, beautiful, family friendly beaches, the sound of the waves and the smell of the salt air are instantly relaxing. There is no other place like it.
