Our entire experience, from my initial request for information to leaving the key on our last day, Steve, his sister and the condo, exceeded our expectations. Steve and his sister were extremely responsive throughout the process -- a critical factor in making the experience enjoyable. The condo is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. It has an on-site pool and it truly felt like home away from home. About the owner: Stephen Smith was born and reared in the midwest leaving there in 1974 after graduating Drury University with a degree in Business Administration and Economics to work for Gulf Oil Corporation in Casper, WY. He started in business as an oil and gas independent in 1976 moving to Denver, CO in 1980. In 1987 he started a vineyard in the Palisade, CO area, opening what was to become Colorado's 5th winery Grande River Vineyards, Inc. He moved his residence there in 1989 and proceded to help build the industry to over 100 wineries today.
