We just spent a great week on the Isle of Palms in this wonderful house. The house was totally equipped with anything one would need. We only ate out one night because we loved cooking in a fantastic kitchen with all the amenities. Lots of fun was had by all at the lovely pool which was clean & checked twice while we were there by the pool maintenance service. The house had lots of porches, and a great rooftop view of the ocean with wet bar. The house was so enjoyable that we only went to the beach three times only to look for starfish. Seacoast Properties was great and always available to answer questions before and during our vacation. I highly recommend this home & plan on staying there again when we return to Isle of Palms.
Recommended for:Pet owners, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

This house took great care of our family when we were in Charleston for our son's wedding. It was absolute perfection for the12 family members who stayed there. The house is exactly as advertised; spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished, easily accessible to the beach and all other activities which the greater Charleston area offers. Whether there were 12 people in the house or 3 it always felt just right. The kitchen is so well equipped that we felt we might need to go shopping to beef up our own kitchen supplies when we returned home. The elevator was an absolute Godsend for our sister-in-law who is having major hip problems. She felt completely rejuvenated after her weeklong visit. Some of us were there for 2 weeks and were quite reluctant to leave. Robin Hill is, beyond the shadow of a doubt, the property manager to have. Although we had no major issues, any concerns we did have were met with a speedy response. Besides the fact that she is a delight to speak with, she is spectacular ay her job and the owners are very blessed to have her in charge of their home. Restaurants in this area are unparalleled for excellence. Amen Street Seafood & Raw Bar, Midtown Bar & Grill (best shrimp and grits ever tasted by anyone) - they also catered a cocktail party on the rooftop deck of the Charleston Aquarium that we hosted (known as Maybank Catering for that purpose) and the food was beyond delicious. Locally, on Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island, Huck was excellent as was Poe's. Honestly, I don't think you can make a mistake anywhere. Our last night there we dined in Mt. Pleasant at Carpriccio's, a very unassuming looking restaurant with excellent Italian Getting around the greater Charleston area is a piece of cake. A quick trip over the Connector to rt 17 to the gorgeous Ravenel Bridge and you are near everything you could hope to do in Charleston. A Harbor Cruise, a plantation tour, the Charleston Market, a carriage ride, are just a few things we indulged in. It is a can't miss area. Everything is wonderful and interesting. Oh, another restaurant to not miss is the surprising Taco Boy on the outskirts of downtown. We would rent this house again in a New York minute. it was perfection for us and our 2 dogs who loved riding the elevator.

Being the 86 year old Mother/Grandmother/Mother-in-law that stayed at this beautiful home with my family, I must say it was the perfect house for our vacation. The home was very spacious, allowing for my large family to be together, or to go to different areas for some alone time. Having the elevator was key for me, (since I navigate only with a walker), a nice added benefit. I enjoyed sitting on the main deck looking at the ocean with family, as other family members utilized the top deck lookout at sunset. The home is decorated lovely and looks like it is taken care of with the upmost detail. The beach is very close, just a walk across the street, and even easy in my rented wheelchair!

I spent a long weekend at the house with a group of family friends and have nothing but good things to say. Beautiful home with plenty of space. Close to the beach, marina, golf and other places. High-end kitchen, beautiful floors, incredible decks with views of the ocean, and more. You may not want to leave. And if you happen to like state-of-the-art audio piped throughout the house and outside, you are also in luck! Enjoy.

Just spent a week at this house with my large family and it was great. The condition of the house is excellent with a modern feel, nice layout, and noticeable attention to detail and quality materials when it was built. It has a very nice, huge, gathering area with awesome media equipment. The bedrooms are appropriately sized and comfortable. The furnishings are nice as well. The pool isn't large but was more than enough to provide a cool relief from the beach which is an easy walk around the block. I'd highly recommend the property and the Charleston SC area.
