A secluded private, heated, black bottom pool with flagstone pavers surrounding awaits you as you enter. Spacious porches on the front and back of the home provide an incredible panoramic birds eye view of the property. You can enjoy people watching on Fleming Street or relax under the umbrella of a magnificent Kapok Tree and admire the beautiful gardens.
The space is wide open and airy with Cathedral Ceilings throughout and a central kitchen with island. This home can sleep up to 4 with a bedroom and full bath on the main level and a spacious loft style bedroom located in the half story with half bath and a most charming and unique en suite claw foot tub.

We spent a week in this home and it was wonderful. The location is very nice. Just about a block from Duval, but still quiet and peaceful. Just sitting on the porch and watching people on the street is entertaining. The rear deck is a great place to spend a morning, the huge kapok tree and the backyard garden can make you feel like your off in the rainforest someplace. You can easly walk just about anyplace you would wish to go from here. The firm that manages the property went out of there way to make us feel welcome. One night when I misplaced the keys I called and within 10 min someone was there to let us in. Very hard to find fault with service like that. We have always stayed in The Shipyard in the past, but we now have a new first choice when staying in Key West.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.
