I was in Seattle on an extended business trip and was fortunate enough to call this home for a brief time. I honestly have no CONS to tell you about. The location is perfect if you're here on vacation or business. You can walk to anywhere on the wharf and the elevator to Pike's Place Market is right next door. You can watch the yacht's and ferry's crossing right in front of the condo, a beautiful night sight. The condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked and exceptionally clean. Shirley is wonderful to work with and made sure that everything was ready for my arrival. She toured the grounds with me to make sure that I could locate all the amanities available on the property. The building concierge was super helpful, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. If you're lucky enough to find this property available don't hesitate to book, you will love it here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We are 4 women that travel for MLK weekend (5 days) in January every year. Not the best weather no matter what city we choose. Seattle was kind to us and we had rain but it didn’t stop any of our activities. This condo was perfectly situated at the waterfront with the elevator next to the building that took us up to walk along the main streets to Pike Street Market and downtown. We never used our car except to and from the airport. The public transportation is excellent and mostly free! We took the Savor Seattle Tour (highly recommended) and Underground Tour (fun & informative), explored the historic areas, visited the Ballard Farmers Market, & tasted great Pacific Northwest cuisine and wine. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet & perfect to relax by the fireplace with some Beecher’s cheese, Washington wine, & Chukkas cherry salsa, while watching the ferries go by from our living roomRecommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I used to live in the Seattle area and if you're looking for a nice condo within walking distance to many attractions this is the place. My wife and two kids were very comfortable on our vacation to visit friends. We took the short walk (via elevator) to Pike Place Market daily and brought back fresh Dungeness crab and scallops to cook in the gourmet kitchen. We walked to the Space Needle, Seattle Aquarium, Underground Seattle at Pioneer Square and EMP/Science Fiction Museum at the Seattle Center. I slept like a baby in the king size master bed and the kids had their own beds in the extra room. The view overlooking the Sound was beautiful from the balcony. The Wi-Fi hooked up on the first try and we were even able to print out a few documents because Shirley provides the printer! If you're renting a car like we did you gotta love the free underground parking. The Marriott right next door charges $35 a day for valet parking! My son and I worked out in the fitness area one night. It had modern equipment and a large Jacuzzi hot tub. The front desk was very helpful with everything we needed and spoke very highly of Shirley. Great location with everything you need in a luxury condo. We were very happy with our stay and will stay again on our next trip.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Shirley...Wow. What a great place. We all had the best time, Thank You. We were impressed from the moment we opened the door. This is no apartment... it's a home. Great security, great location and a beautiful home. We were so comfortable and we had everything we needed. And your home was perfect for our vacation. We easily walked everywhere in Seattle from your doorstep. I would recommend your home to anyone. > > Thanks again, Thomas W.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a beautiful condo - and a perfect location! My family and I stayed here for a week in mid-April and we couldn't have asked for a better home base. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking in (a great way to cut the food bill - especially if you have 2 young boys in tow!). The master bedroom and bath were downright luxurious and the second bedroom was perfect for another couple, friends or kids. The view from the balcony was wonderful - my baby learned to say "big boat" while watching the cargo ships and ferries go by. It was an easy walk to the Aquarium, Pike Place and many other attractions. All this, plus Shirley's graciousness and accommodation, made this the perfect place for us. We'll definitely be back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just completed our first vacation to the Northwest, and the condo was literally the perfect base for our trip. We could walk to all of the local places we wanted to visit (the elevator to the Pike Place Market was extremely convenient) as well as to the Victoria Clipper for a daytrip to the Butchard Gardens and the Empress Hotel in Victoria. For more distant side trips by highway or ferry, the underground garage is equally convenient in and out. The condo itself certainly lived up to expectations, and we highly recommend it.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1
