This one of a kind residence provides panoramic views of both Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts. Originally constructed in England as a Circa in 1650, this unique home was designed and constructed as a work of art. The residence is a 'Best in Show' winner both architecturally and overall. The location provides easy access to Historic Main Street, Deer Valley Resort, and Park City Mountain Resort which are all located within one short, scenic mile.

The great room is the heart of this home. Featuring a large double sided rock fireplace, huge L shaped leather sectional, entertainment center, a second entertainment with a fireplace, additional seating, pool table, office nook, patio and fire pit.
Kitchen and Dining Room
The gourmet kitchen features a copper topped food prep island, high-end appliances and plenty of work space to allow your chef or ours to create a fabulous home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meals and the incredible views from the breakfast nook, breakfast bar or formal dining room with seating for ten.

The photos on the website do not do the house justice. Extremely comfortable and inviting. Fabulous kitchen with everything you need and centrally located. It was perfect for our annual summer get together. We are booking again for next year. Scot, our concierge, made our stay easy. He took care of golf, spa and other activities. Our family stayed at the timber frame for my brother's wedding and the home exceeded our expectations. Pictures don't do it justice, the home is beautiful both inside and out with incredible views of both park city and deer valley ski resorts. There are tons of beds and a great layout to accommodate big groups with diverse interests and waking hours. Its' proximity to main street, Jordanelle reservoir, shopping, etc. made the logistics of all activities easy. From the bachelor party on main, to shopping on main and at the nearby outlet malls to restaurants, boating on the nearby lake, hiking over pass, trails out the back door everything was convenient. We had a chef in for the rehearsal dinner that cooked in the chef's kitchen and made a spectacular meal that was raved about the entire trip.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Great experience with amazing views of the mountainside at Deer Valley. Step back into the 1600's in this amazing place. The ski resorts are a short drive away, but there are also 7 country clubs within a short distance. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. Full kitchen and large dining table. Wet bar. Hot tub. A couple of pieces of exercise equipment. Nice home entertainment and gaming area. Just a few minute drive from downtown Park City.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+.
