We truly enjoyed our stay at this property and can honestly say that the pictures don’t say enough how wonderfully kept the inside and outside of this house are being maintained. We definitely recommend this property to any that might want a beach house during their visit to Florida's Space Coast. Every detail had been thoughtfully worked out to add to our experience... Thank You!!!

We could not have asked for more. My search began in November for the perfect place for 13 people to fulfill my parent's wishes of a house on the beach surrounded by family to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. All the amenities promised with this rental are there and then some. Our group was never crowded. There was something to do every day. The view from the balcony was incredible. We've visited the beach before and been in awe of those people who have a house on the beach to enjoy its beauty daily. We got to be those people for a week. Everyone in our group ranging in age from 20 to 78 would recommend this rental. Thank you Monique and Gerard!

Our Family of 11 spent seven wonderful memory making days here. We celebrated my Husbands 60th birthday a few days early, one he will never forget. Our four Grandchildren and my Mother in law loved the beach and sitting on the upstairs deck. This is an amazing house that has everything you would ever need or could want. Thank you Monique and Gerard for everything!

In a word, this place is awesome! If you want the bad and the ugly, you'll have to look elsewhere...we found little or none. If you want the good, read on. The attention to detail here, the quality of furnishings, the sheer numbers and variety of everything is far beyond the norm. We used and enjoyed the electric deck awning that auto-retracts in high wind, the amazing espresso machine, the not one but two dish washers, the convection oven, and the front loading clothes washer. There are tons of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The living space is very large with more than adequate seating and dining, allowing for quite flexible arrangement. There's a pot, a pan, a utensil, and a kitchen gizmo for every imaginable purpose. The view of the ocean and beach is simply breathtaking. Our group of 12 ranged in age from 3 to 68 and each one enjoyed this exceptional vacation home. The kids especially like being right on the beach. Both the 3 and the 68 year old cried when they were told we had to leave the next day!

My husband and I, my Dad and my brother with their family and my sister take a fall vacation each year. This is our first trip to Cape Canaveral. My Dad who is 85 loved the house (as did all of us) as the upstairs was easy for him to move around in. He loved sitting out on the beach front porch. He could see us when we were on the beach and we could see him on the porch. We all loved watching the cruise ships come and go from the port. The landscaping around the house is beautiful, it is like a tropical sittitng. The kitchen is stocked with so much, it even had a crock pot and if I had known that I would not have brought mine as I always make chili. You will not fine any nicer people than the owners Monique and Gerard, and the neighbors beside and behind the home where very nice. If we get the opportunity to visit Cape Canaveral again we would difinitely check in to renting this lovely beach house.

Our family and friends enjoyed the BEST vacation ever in this spacious beach house with incredible ocean front views! We were warmly greeted by the owners after our 20 hour drive from MA and couldn't believe what a special gem we had found! Ample living space and sleeping accommodations along with fully stocked household supplies, linens and beach items also made this trip stress free. We had an adult night out to "The Fat Snook" for dinner. Every morsel was delicious! We would highly recommend this rental property and hope to return with our extended family soon!

We've not rented a home from seeing online before, but Monique and Gerry truly represented their beautiful beach house; it actually was even better than the description online. EVERYTHING was provided for us-bikes, beach toys, kites, towels, chairs for the beach. I thought I'd sleep in everyday on vacation, but I was up at 6:40 to sit on the beach and watch the sun come up, then collect shells. It was the most relaxing, beautiful vacation ever. The theme parks were less than an hour away and there were many restaurants to enjoy near the house, but with so much provided at the house, we didn't want to leave and cooked there many days. We went with our brother-in-law's family; 9 all together; kids age 9-17. There was tons of room in the house and everyone had a blast enjoying the good sized waves and perfect sunshine. We will definitely vacation here again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us; we had everything we wanted in a beach home!

This was a great location. The house is beautiful and very well maintained (and very clean). The view of the ocean is breath-taking. From the deck (and the main room) you have a complete and beautiful view of the ocean. You can simply sit on the deck and take in the ocean breeze (and watch the Disney Cruise ships as they depart). We were very pleased with all of the thoughtful amenities (from the beach toys, to the bikes, to the juicer that we used each morning to have fresh squeezed orange juice - the best!). You are right on the beach although the palm trees and ocean grapevines provide a sense of intimacy and privacy. My toddler son loved waking up and getting his pail and shovel and going right to the beach. I enjoyed taking one of the "beach bicyles" and peddling up and down the beach. This is a great location to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach and ocean. The owners are very thoughtful and attentive.

This is a spectacular property: the photographs on the website just cannot do justice to the gorgeous living space and stunning views from just about every window. The owners are extremely helpful, and have catered to just about every need a renter may have: the spacious kitchen has features I have not seen in other rentals (including an espresso coffee machine, juicers, blenders, lots of cooking utensils and plenty of crockery). A few minutes away is a fresh seafood market, and we found ourselves making use of the high end gas barbeque to prepare healthy meals and enjoy "dining in" in this beautiful home. I should note that we rent a home in a different part of Florida every year for a family get together, and I can say that this wins hands down as the house that encouraged us to "hang out" and enjoy the spectacular views, or take a walk or bike ride on the beach that is directly accessible from the house. For those who want to sightsee or visit the area attractions, the Kennedy Space Centre occupied a full day for most of our party, and we enjoyed the charming Cocoa Village and its shops and restaurants (Cafe Margaux was a hit: just one of the highly rated restaurants in the Village). This is a home we will visit again. Now, if we can just time it to correspond to a shuttle launch.........!

I found this home on Great Rentals and for some reason it just felt right from the beginning. We were welcomed by the owner Monique when we arrived, she showed us around and pointed out the location of all the things we might need during our week stay such as beach chairs, bicycles, beach towels, ect the list was endless. We were given a phone number to contact them if we had any questions during our stay.We were not ready to leave at the end of the week because by then it really felt like home. We hope to rent again soon since it was such a great house on the beach.

We flew in from Connecticut, Chicago, Washington D.C. and Wilmington, Delaware and Tim drove in from nearby Jupiter, for our first "blended family Christmas". The house was perfect, plenty of room for 7 adults and one little person, beautifully decorated, with wonderful amenities and a view to "knock your socks off"! We could see the launch pad at Kennedy Space Center - how cool is that? We were spoiled with a huge bowl of fresh oranges and tangerines from our hosts' own trees. The electric juicer was put into action every morning. Fresh-squeezed juice and capuccino - yes, there was a capuccino machine, too. What a way to start the day! We cooked in a lot and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed - and lots of extras: a nice selection of coffees and teas, plenty of spices. We put the crank-out awning to work in the afternoons and sat out on the deck in the shade. The very private patio, with lounges, was used at siesta time. Our 2-year old became a real water bunny and all the beach toys and chairs, were wonderful and kept him happy and kept mom and dad from having to purchase things that would then be left behind. Michael bought a fishing pole and fished with a 6 foot blue heron at his side - the pictures we took from the deck are incredible. We did some touristy things - it is a wonderful area with so much to do. We enjoyed it all, but our favorite thing was just relaxing and enjoying ourselves. We did take an evening stroll in Coco Beach Village, very charming, and enjoyed an incredible al fresco dinner at Cafe Margo - lovely seafood, a great selection of wines and the service was exemplary. We had the best time. We didn't miss the cold and snow at all! And we hope to go back again. We definitely gave this home and the holiday a "thumbs up". Thank you, Monique, for sharing your wonderful home with us. Pat & Bob
