Victoria’s Vista Del Valle is a comfortable, spacious guesthouse on the grounds of a fully functional hobby farm in Dixon, NM. We are pet friendly and all are welcome!
Dixon is a quaint little village in Northern New Mexico known for its artists and beautiful scenery. Dixon is centrally located between Santa Fe and Taos and is the perfect “home base” to take in all that Northern New Mexico has to offer.
The main structure of the house is at least eighty years old and sits on 5 acres of farmland. The house was originally owned by “Mama Victoria”. Victoria was known throughout the valley for her amazing flower gardens, especially her dahlias.

We actually stayed in the little casita next to this property. We have adult children who live in the area and the other parents stayed in this house. We used this for several meals/get togethers. We all agreed that the place is as the web site describes (but no chickens now). Very clean and anything extra you might need the owner is warm/friendly and helpful. If you are wanted big city/nightlife then look elsewhere. We WILL be staying here again. The local co op store is just up the way, a couple winerys are closeby as well as the beautiful Rio Grande and many great places to hike.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+.

We have stayed at this property three times and the hostess, Dee is wonderful. The accomodations are very clean and comfortable. My husband and I have traveld to Dee's with our two children and we love it. We are very close to the ski lodges and the beauty of Dixon, their co-op store is within walking distance, the beautiful church and art gallery are across the street. The hiking is amazing! Dixon also has nice restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are looking to get away from it all and have a relaxing stay, then this is the place for you. Did I mention the private hot tub outside your door?Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I am a long time Dixonite, having moved to Northern New Mexico 25 years ago. I was drawn to this part of the world by the silence of the desert, serenity of the mountains, strength of the river, and the simple life.
