Beautifully decorated and spacious new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in NW Cape Coral (suburb of Fort Myers). This home is the answer if you want all the luxury of an expensive vacation, but the price of an economy vacation! The 14x28 (Salt Water) HUGE POOL has a HOT TUB and both are heated with a heater (not solar as most are) to 80F and 104F for your comfort (and warmer in the summer months!). It has a private lanai with patio set, lounge chairs, BBQ and privacy!
The 2200 sq ft, spacious home (built in 2006) has a large, open concept family room overlooking the pool area, with a 48” HD TV with Cable and DVD player (over 150 channels). A separate office, with free Wi-Fi throughout, eating area and large dining room, and breakfast bar. The kitchen has a side-by-side fridge with conditioned water (no bottled water required here), and ice machine, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher and all the kitchen gadgets you need (including a blender to make those tropical drinks in!).
New tile and hardwood complete the main living areas.
The bedrooms all have new pillow top mattresses, high-end linens and plush towels. Each bedroom (4) has its own dresser and closet so you can move right in. Use in the Washer and Dryer and pack light!
The Master Suite is luxury in itself. The Queen sized bed is heaven itself! Separate en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, walk-in shower, and a beautiful soaker tub as well as a room-sized walk-in closet. For those quiet evenings at home, you can watch your own private TV, and have your own entrance to the lanai (for midnight swims).
You can tour the area and visit the beautiful Sanibel Island, Marco Island and the rich and famous in Naples or do the tourist beach in Fort Myers. For a trip back in time, be sure to visit Pine Island (nearby). If you want a longer road trip, visit Orlando or Miami (each only 2.5 hours away). White sand beaches on the Gulf side are just like the Caribbean.

We had an amazing weekend we had at this house. Everything was exquisite! We were all very comfortable and truly enjoyed that fabulous pool. Definitely worth it!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I had a wonderful comfortable stay for the month of March. The house is well equipped with most of the kitchen supplies. It is very clean and comfortable for both us and our guests. Listing description and pictures are accurate.The owner was always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. The Cape Coral Community Center/Yacht Club is well wort visiting. Great beach and dock.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband and I loved the house! The heated pool and hot tub were fabulous and loved the location in north Cape Coral. We also enjoyed the privacy with only a couple of homes in the neighborhood. Very clean house and open design was great. Would definitely stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was really nice. It was very clean and well equiped. I was surprised by how much was provided as far as household items. Our family had a really great time there. This beautiful large home was able to accommodate our family of 7 adults and 1 child with ease. We have rented a lot of homes through the years so we know a great home! The house was very clean.and we felt right at home. The heated salt water pool and spa was greatly enjoyed by all. We used the BBQ grill one night and enjoyed a feast. It is located about 10-15 mins. from the water park in Cape Coral We had fun there with our grandson. Lots of shopping nearby. The Foster Grill in town a great place for a burger.A perfect Weekend for us.. We would come back here for sure!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed the first week of May and we wished we could've stayed longer! We really did feel like millionaires that week. We loved the layout of the house and bedrooms, the pool and hot tub were definitely the best feature for us and the kids as we used it every day. We loved getting up in the morning and enjoying a cup of coffee on the lanai. Really appreciated how clean and well stocked it was. We visited Sanibel, Ft Myers and Pine island. Definitely would recommend to anyone and hope we can come back again soon! Thanks so much Rhonda! I wish we would have been able to stay longer! The house was more than we could have hoped for! Close enough to everything but far enough too! The pool is amazing(we went in every morning and night!) We will definitely be back and have already starting recommending to my friends! Anybody that stays there has to try The Elephant Bar in Fort Myers, that place is great!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We can't say enough about how pleased we were with the house and overall accommodations! The master suite was huge and we loved the bright master bath and garden tub. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub even better! Rhonda could not have been more helpful in making sure everything was exactly as advertised. We would definitely come back again and look forward to many more relaxing stays in Cape Coral!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed 9 people over Easter 2012, and enjoyed the fantastic weather for hours by the lovely pool. What a clean and comfortable house, this is a house we won´t forget - we felt like millionaires :o) The area is quiet and with only one neighbour, it´s easy to feel relaxed in the pool area. The house was well equipted and beautifully decorated. It´s close to excellent... but we could have used another bedroom to sleep 10 comfortably, and more space in the dining area, to eat together. But we would love to return again :o)Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We are a Canadian couple (Ottawa ON) who are looking forward to retirement, and we started getting ready early! Rhonda is a motivational speaker who travels often, and likes the get away weekends to our home when possible, and Warren is an accountant by day (but not by personality) :-) We love our home, and until we can become full time snowbirds, we want to share with others.

We bought this home because we wanted a quiet residential area for vacation. We are tired of the expensive and busy tourist traps, and wanted to feel like we weren't visitors, but belonged to the area.

We love the proximity to the coast, and the constant breeze (which is important for the Florida summer heat). We are very close to all amenities, but enjoy the open spaces, the privacy and the fact that it is quiet all the time! No white noise, no city noise, no party noise - just blue skies, fresh breezes and relaxation. Florida in the summer is perfect at our vacation retreat.
