Not all condo's are the same. At Jan's 3rd floor Studio you'll feel right at home not like your in a hotel room. Not to high and not to low for a perfect view. ALL NEW BALCONIES, WINDOWS AND SLIDING DOORS IN THE BUILDING. Unit has been remodeled inside too. We accept credit cards. You're within walking distance to restaurants, movies, Main Street fishing pier, Bandshell, shopping, waterpark, boardwalk amusement park, and Sun Splash City Park is right next door. There's a great exercise room for those who feel the need. Also bar and grill in lobby.PLEASE READ COMMENTS from our previous guests.
One of the largest pools on the ocean plus a huge Hot Tub affords you a perfect view of everything from the beach goers to the surf. You won't be disappointed. You can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, bikes and four wheelers directly on the beach. Fly through the sky in a parasail or just watch others from your balcony.
The Orlando theme parks are only about an hour away. The Kennedy Space Center and wonderful St.Augustine are close by. And let us not forget DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY only five miles from condominium. Perfect location for Bikers too.
Walk the beach, ride your bike into the sunsets, and take a stroll to the shops or pier. Relax by the pool and soak in the Hot Tub while the sky turns shades of blues and pinks. Why the Owner Chose Harbour Beach Resort
We think the location of our condo is perfect. We are close to Orlando, St. Augustine, Marine Land, and not to mention the Atlantic Ocean.

Ron and I(Jan) moved to Florida from Baltimore Maryland in 2002. We live in Palm Coast about 40 minutes from our condo. We absolutely love our ocean front condo and sitting on the balcony letting all the pressures of life float out into the ocean. If you need anything during your stay we're just down the street. We know you'll enjoy it just as much as we do.

My husband and I stayed at Janice's condo from Dec.23 throught Dec 31 2011 and had a absolutely wonderful time. The condo is beautiful, quiet, very clean and decorated very nicely. The pool area is one of the best we have ever seen or had the pleasure to use. Janice was a complete joy to work with and everything was as advertised. The people at the resort are very friendly and helpful. The condo is close to alot of great restaurants and shops, loved the Boardwalk. We will definelty reserve again and I would recommend to anyone. We had a great time and we are very pleased. Great Job Janice and Thank you very much!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and thought we could not have gotten a better place. Everything was exactly as described. Condo was very nicely decorated and whole condo building was very clean throughout. Sheets were amazingly soft and bed was huge! It's a great view of the ocean, most buildings along the ocean are at an angle so you don't get much of a ocean view but this condo runs parallel with the ocean so you can see a long ways down the beach both ways. Even though you might not think of this but the sliding glass doors are very good at silencing the noise and tinted to keep out the heat. It was nice there was a small parking lot on beach side so we could watch over our rental car. I think some people didn't even know that parking lot was back there because there were always plenty of spots open. Jan even called when we were out there to make sure everything was going good, which we thought was very nice of her. She's very easy to communicate with either by email or phone calls. We are thinking we want to come back sometime during the Daytona Nascar race and stay again since its only 4-5 miles away. I will definetly be recommending this condo to other people. Jan you do a great job!!!

My wife and I stayed at Jan's condo for a week and had a great time .This was the week of daytona race and to our surprise it wasn't crowded at all.The beach was nice and clean and not crowded at all.If we had any complaints it would be the balcony.You have no wall between units which gives you no privatsy .We had to smell smoke and beer all week long from guest next door.Also not very much parking if you come in late your lucky to get a place to park.This condo is for two people and that's it unless you want someone on the couch! Other than that the condo is a great place to stay and the price is right.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

My wife and I stayed for a week during the Memorial day holiday. Everything was just great. The view is awesome. The location is perfect. The property manager treats you like she's known you for years. The pool area is one of the best I've been to in the Daytona Beach area. My wife and I had one of the best times we've ever had on vacation.

We stayed in this condo for a week. It is absolutely wonderful, we loved it. Clean and extremely nice. Very nicely furnished, great tv and furniture. Great owner and very easy to deal with. My husband and I spent 4 days in Daytona Beach at Harbor Beach Resort in Jan's condo and absolutely loved it. The condo was roomy, beautifully decorated, the view was spectacular, the location is close to everything, we had everything we needed and the people throughout the resort were very friendly, helpful and kind! This was an anniversary present to ourselves and couldn't have asked for a more romantic environment that this. Thanks so much Jan for sharing this fabulous place, we will be back as soon as we possibly can, and we'll be staying longer next time. We did not want to go home.

A friend and I stayed at Jan's condo in June and we were very impressed with the Studio, perfect oceanview! We loved the fact that you had to have a key to get in and out of the building. Overall great experience and would definately rent from Jan again:)
