What an amazing condo ! My boyfriend and stayed for a week and we had such a great time . The location of the condo was awesome , on the beach and only a short walk from all the restaurants and bars . The condo itself was great nice and cozy , it had everything you could possibly need .Everybody in the building was so friendly , it was really sad for us to leave .

My husband and I stayed in this room during Biketoberfest. There was ample parking on sight and a lot across the street for trailer parking rental. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the Biketoberfest activities. The room was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The pictures of the room were very accurate and the ocean view was wonderful! It was very quiet and the staff very friendly and helpful. The owner was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this room to friends or relatives. We are planning to stay here again in March for Bike week. Can't wait! Jeannie

My husband and I stayed at Janice's condo from Dec.23 throught Dec 31 2011 and had a absolutely wonderful time. The condo is beautiful, quiet, very clean and decorated very nicely. The pool area is one of the best we have ever seen or had the pleasure to use. Janice was a complete joy to work with and everything was as advertised. The people at the resort are very friendly and helpful. The condo is close to alot of great restaurants and shops, loved the Boardwalk. Perfect Honeymoon Destination

We stayed here for our honeymoon and thought we could not have gotten a better place. Everything was exactly as described. Condo was very nicely decorated and whole condo building was very clean throughout. Sheets were amazingly soft and bed was huge! It's a great view of the ocean, most buildings along the ocean are at an angle so you don't get much of a ocean view but this condo runs parallel with the ocean so you can see a long ways down the beach both ways. Even though you might not think of this but the sliding glass doors are very good at silencing the noise and tinted to keep out the heat. It was nice there was a small parking lot on beach side so we could watch over our rental car. I think some people didn't even know that parking lot was back there because there were always plenty of spots open. Jan even called when we were out there to make sure everything was going good, which we thought was very nice of her. She's very easy to communicate with either by email or phone calls. We are thinking we want to come back sometime during the Daytona Nascar race and stay again since its only 4-5 miles away. I will definetly be recommending this condo to other people. Jan you do a great job!!!

My wife and I stayed at Jan's condo for a week and had a great time .This was the week of daytona race and to our surprise it wasn't crowded at all.The beach was nice and clean and not crowded at all.If we had any complaints it would be the balcony.You have no wall between units which gives you no privatsy .We had to smell smoke and beer all week long from guest next door.Also not very much parking if you come in late your lucky to get a place to park.This condo is for two people and that's it unless you want someone on the couch! Other than that the condo is a great place to stay and the price is right.

My wife and I stayed for a week during the Memorial day holiday. Everything was just great. The view is awesome. The location is perfect. The property manager treats you like she's known you for years. The pool area is one of the best I've been to in the Daytona Beach area. My wife and I had one of the best times we've ever had on vacation.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed for 2 weeks in April. A great get away with hubby to relax and unwind from the stress of life.. Close to everything. We will never forget the awesome sunrises over the ocean. Worth getting up to see God's beauty! Thanks for being so nice, Jan :)

My husband and I spent 4 days in Daytona Beach at Harbor Beach Resort in Jan's condo and absolutely loved it. The condo was roomy, beautifully decorated, the view was spectacular, the location is close to everything, we had everything we needed and the people throughout the resort were very friendly, helpful and kind! This was an anniversary present to ourselves and couldn't have asked for a more romantic environment that this. Thanks so much Jan for sharing this fabulous place, we will be back as soon as we possibly can, and we'll be staying longer next time. We did not want to go home.

I would recommend this unit to anyone heading to the Daytona area. Janice was such a great help in setting up a beautiful proposal for my now fiancé. She was easy to work with before and during our vacation. The unit is perfect for a couple’s getaway and very affordable. The unit faces the ocean and you are welcomed by many other smiling owners and guests anywhere in the building. Easily accessible to the highway for day trips to Disney and St. Augustine. Make this your choice when heading to Daytona Beach! CG from Chicago

Everthing was wonderful from the morning sunrise on he beach to relaxing on the balcony in the quiet sunsets. I would recommenend to anyone. Totally comortable and fabulous ocean front views.

My husband and I stayed in Jan's condo this past August while we were moving our son in at ERAU. We had a delightful time. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the balcony -- the view of the ocean was wonderful. The property staff kept the pool and hot tub area neat and clean. It was an easy walk down the beach to the Ocean Deck Restaurant, and a heartier walk down to the Ocean Walk Shops. Jan called us a couple of times while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed, and to answer any questions we had. Our only snafu was on our 1st day there -- we forgot to take our key, and almost got locked out! Thanks again Jan for a great stay!

Me and my girlfriend stayed in Jans condo from june 22-29, we had a wonderful time! very clean and comfortable with a nice big cozy bed and beatiful view of the beach and ocean. The price was affordable and the condo was close to all the major attractions of Daytona Beach, I've been vacation in Daytona for 20 years and this was wonderful place to stay. Nick and Shelia

A friend and I stayed at Jan's condo in June and we were very impressed with the Studio, perfect oceanview! We loved the fact that you had to have a key to get in and out of the building. Overall great experience and would definately rent from Jan again:)

My wife, daughter and I came to Daytona for the first time from 4/07 ~ 04/14. We chose Jan's efficiency because we needed a good value. We do not regret it. The condo is just like described and was clean and comfortable and Jan was totally available to answer questions from where to eat to where I could find the blender for smoothies. #1 was that we really liked the location. Nice view from the 3rd floor and the staff there were wonderful and courteous. The sunrises were great to watch while walking the beach each morning. The sand is very clean and there were no gang tags or panhandlers. A short walk to get to the pier which is part of the view. My congrats to the city and the Beach patrol because everything always felt safe (day or night) and family friendly. We highly recomend Jans oceanfront condo and the Harbour Beach Condo location to anyone thinking of coming to Daytona.

My husband and I stayed at Jan's Oceanfront Studio in March and we were extremely surprised on how well cleaned and up-to-date all of the furnishings were. I was a bit hesitant with the efficiency concept but let me tell you, the bed was soooo comfortable we had a hard time getting out of it. The huge flat panel tv didn't help matters lol. What a way to wake up in the morning, beautiful sun and a clear view of the ocean, we didn't even have to lift our heads up. I found the kitchen to be well stocked with all the necessary utensils and we had great meals many nights looking at the awesome sunset. More importantly, Jan was extremely nice to work with. She was informative and efficient. It it apparent that she values her investment and does not rent to just anyone! Thank you Jan for a great time. We will be back.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My husband and I spent a week in Jan's Oceanfront Studio last year and loved the condo. The location was perfect with a lovely view of the ocean and the pool. The condo was very clean and Jan was very helpful. Because of this we returned this year and were most pleasantly surprised to find an even more beautiful condo. It was very tastefully repainted and remodeled and my husband enjoyed the 40 inch TV. We will definitely return again.

Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo and owner, Janice. From start to finish everything was perfect. Janice was a pleasure to work with, very personable and friendly. The condo was perfect, very clean, location was excellent and the view was beautiful. I would highly recommend this unit and plan to stay here again when we come back to Daytona

Jan is so nice to deal with and the condo is very nice too. Great location, 3rd floor right on the beach. Great bed, sofa, cable, and complete kitchen. Clean as can be. Short beach stroll to the pier and right next to spray park. Remodeling going on while we were there Feb. 09 but no problem to us.

My husband & I stayed at Jan's place for a week. I am a very particular person about accomadations especially the cleanliness! It was very clean & cozy! It was convenient. The pool was huge,oceanfront and also very clean at all times ! It was a perfect ocean view from the room and balcony. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. My husband stayed at Jan's place for Race week and the Daytona 500 and had a blast. I booked the vacation for us but then was not able to go due to being 8 months pregnant. So he took a buddy instead (poor guy:). The condo was clean and affordable with a fantastic ocean view. I was so jealous when I saw pictures! Jan was fantastic to book a vacation through, very fast email replies and super nice. I feel like we have become good friends through the whole process! I can't wait till we can book Jan's condo again for a vacation that I can actually attend this time! By the way, I had a hotel originally booked for race week and saved over $400 by booking with Jan instead. Would highly recommend this condo!

We stayed at Jan's condo during Speedweeks '07 and found it just the way the pictures on VRBO showed. We have stayed in Jan's place before and came back because we found it to be very clean and close to the beach. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the balcony and watched the dolphins many mornings. The sunrise is beautiful!! The pool area is nice and pool is kept very clean. Would recommend Jan's place. She is very nice to do business with.

We just returned from a wonderful, week-long stay at this unit. (July 23-29) This was the second year we stayed at Harbour Beach and first time in this unit. Jan’s place is just like the pictures, VERY clean, and met all our expectations. The view is spectacular and it is an easy walk to the pier and Main Street. It appears the resort/owner’s association are continuously working on updates and renovations. We will definitely return!

The condo was wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners went out of their way to accomodate us with date changes. We would recommend this unit to anyone to rent. You will not be disappointed. We watched dolphins and had a great view of the ocean. Breakfast on the balcony is highly recommended. Thanks again for everything. We stayed at Jan's condo for 2 weeks in March. Came for Bike week and it's a perfect location as you can walk to almost anywhere you want. The condo itself is perfect. Right on the ocean, overlooking the pool. We spent mornings and evenings out there. Lots to watch!! The room is exactly as it looks. and it more than roomy for 2. We hated to leave! Cannot think of a better place to vacation. There is no longer a Denny's in the lobby, but while we were there a sub shop opened up. The staff was very congenial and helpful. Everthing about this vacation rental was great, can't think of a thing to complain about.

We stayed at Janice's condo 3/4 to 3/18 2006 and it was one of the best vacations we've had. Everything is exactly as presented. Comfortable, clean,"user friendly". We enjoyed the balcony immensely. The pool was 84 degrees - just right for someone like me. I saw the pool cleaner there regularly checking everything. How nice it was to sit in the hot tub after dark and listen to the ocean and watch the stars...and how depressing to return north!! We found the staff to be very helpful and accomodating. A small sub shop opened in the lobby area while we were there. Location was perfect. We walked everywhere. It's too crowded during bike week to ride. The following week we found it convenient to ride in any direction and still return back by dark. We would absolutely return. Do not hesitate to rent this condo.

We stayed in Jan's condo for the Daytona 500. The racetrack was close by and access to the racetrack was extremely easy without any traffic delays to the backstretch parking area. The unit was very clean and well equipped. It was quiet and peaceful. THe ocean view was great. We had some friends who stayed in another rental that didn't compare to this one. The owners were very accomodating and our deposit was returned promptly. We would recommend to others and would stay here again ourselves.

We stayed in Jan's condo the day after hurrican Charlie. We were the only ones that had electricity. We went to Universal & Islands of Adventure.The ocean view was very pretty and the condo was very clean. We really enjoyed it and would definitly visit there again. Thanks again.

We stayed in Jan's condo during the Pepsi 400. We have stayed in other hotels in the past few years. The other places were really dirty and much more expensive. Jan's place was very clean and enjoyable. We really enjoyed the Denny's restuarant after the race. I would definately stay there again.

We stayed in Jan's Condo in June and were very pleased. Like the other guys that made comments, we found it so clean and she has it decorated so nice. I really felt right at home. The pool is so beautiful and we enjoyed the Denny's in the building, especially for breakfast! I would recommend anyone to stay here.

This was the first time we have stayed in a rental. We were so lucky to have picked this condo. It was so clean and decorated so nice. We had some friends traveling with us that stayed in another rental that didn't even compare to this one. Thanks Janice for providing such a beautiful place for us to stay in. Absolutely Wonderful ! Perfectly located on the strip for anything you might want to do. This was our first time not staying in a coventinal hotel and was pleasently surprised. Noise level was very low from outside the room. The view of the beach was perfect. Full unhindered view.Nice high deck chairs so you have perfect line of sight. All the appliances worked wonderful.Very nicely decorated. We were a little concerned about renting from a web site, Not knowing what kind of condo we might end up with.We were very plesntly surprised.We will be back again.Thank you so much Jance, You have done a great job on your condo !
