  When we made our reservation with you through VRBO, we had high expectations for a restful family vacation in a beautiful setting with all the comforts of home. Our expectations were not only met, but exceeded! Your very comfortable and beautifully-situated property had everything we needed to enjoy the vacation we were hoping for and you thought of every detail.   Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful vacation home for a recent weekend getaway. Despite the rainy spring weather, we had a great time strolling along the wet sand; relaxing in the spacious, charmingly decorated house; and enjoying the great views from the large third-story windows. Jody was also very pleasant and accommodating during our conversations as we made arrangements. This house will now be our first choice for return visits to Pajaro Dunes.

  From the beautiful home to the beauty of the sea.... Our family could not have asked for anything more. The amenities were top notch and the evening bbq's on the patio made this mini vacation one to go back to. Clean, very nicely decorated, upgraded appliances and large tubs. The views from the 3rd floor were spectacular. Roy and Jody were most gracious and our family loved the storage area of beach toys and Razor scooters. We can't wait to go back.

  This home is clean, nicely furnished and designed beautifully. It clearly was recently renovated. The owners were extremely helpful and gracious, making sure they were available for questions. As with many of the homes at P. D., the most beautiful and lived in floor (view of ocean), which includes the dining room and kitchen, is up three flights of stairs. We didn't mind the exercise, but some people might find the climb hard.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our family of five (including 3 children ages 7, 9 and 11) stayed here for three nights and had a fantastic time! Everything was as expected from the photos and description, and the beach was picture perfect. Jody and Roy were extremely helpful and professional and even went out of their way to stop by and unlock a closet of beach toys that we had accidentally locked ourselves. Thank you for a great time!

  Booked this house for the 5 of us over Thanksgiving Holiday. Our kids are 2 teen girls and a 6 yr old boy. All had a great time. The two bdrms downstairs were perfect for the kids. Easy beach access, could even watch the sunset over the water from the window's or balconies of the house. House very comfortably furnished and plenty of all the necessities in the kitchen as well as plenty of linens and towels. We loved having a glass of late afternoon wine from the two Adirondack chairs off the second floor balcony. Jody, thank you so much. We will be back!

  jody, thank you so much for letting stay in your home. the house is stunning. the beach is stunning. jody was the perfect host, helpful & very understanding. the house is wonderfully appointed with beautiful furnishings & veiws, and in an ideal location to explore santa cruz, monterey etc. a perfect house for a perfect holiday, thanks so much for all your help.

NO PETS *** NO PARTIES **** NO SMOKING DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $500 is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: - No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. - No charges are incurred due to services rendered during the stay. - All keys are returned to Pajaro Dunes Company and unit is left locked. - All lights and heaters are turned off. - NO PETS - NO PARTIES - NO SMOKING. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations less than thirty (30) days prior to rental date are subject to a fifty (50) percent cancellation fee.
