If rest and relaxation is what you need, then this Non-Smoking, two bedroom home is for you. There are many things to see and do. Be in the Gulf of Mexico within 10 minutes by boat, no bridges. The seawalled boat dock is only 500 feet from the house with a large basin. There's plenty of room to park your trailer by the house. The Intercoastal Waterway is at the end of the street and straight out to Stump Pass is the Gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from Stump Pass.

You can explore the beautiful waterways and superb fishing this area has to offer. If you're lucky you might get up close with manatee or dolphin in their natural surrounding. You're just minutes away from beaches, shopping, and a variety of dining. Go shelling or swimming at the beaches. If there's a golfer in the family, there are many area golf courses in all price ranges.

Sarasota is located one hour north and Fort Myers is one hour south. Boca Grande is less than a half an hour south. Come and experience the natural beauty this area has to offer. It will be a vacation that you will never forget. SEE YOU IN SUNNY BEAUTIFUL FLORIDA!!
