Sweetums Ranch is perfectly sited on 20 acres, with views of the Three Sisters and Brokentop mountains from the property, horses, wildflowers and abundant wildlife. Private and beautiful, centrally located in Tumalo just 8 miles from downtown Bend and 12 miles to Sisters. Located on a Orgeon Scenic Bicycle Route thrugh high desert ranch area and gorgeous Cascade Mountain views.
The 1200 SF guest house was recently completely renovated with brand new everything. The luxury interior includes beautiful furnishings, luxury linens, knotty alder cabinetry and woodwork, granite countertops in kitchen, great room and baths, Italian tile in baths and kitchen area, and cozy wood burning fireplace - wood is included for your convenience. The great room has an entire wall of windows opening to a large private patio and hot tub and views of the tennis court and nature. A complimentary delicious continental breakfast is provided for your first morning.
The property also boasts an amazing high-design, salt water and solar heated 75' outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) with outdoor dining table and chaise lounges, and brand new tennis court.

My family and I (group of 4) stayed at Sweetums ranch over our 3 day weekend. It was wonderful to leave Portland's rain and clouds behind and soak up the sun in Sisters. The property has windows all around and is incredibly bright and sunny in the morning. The wood burning oven keeps the living room area wonderfully warm during the colder nights. I would say that the 2br 2 baths were perfect for two couples. Tracy made it so easy to reserve the dates and suggested great things for us to do in Bend. We didn't make use of the hot tub but it was great to do some stargazing at night in this quiet property. We will definitely be back in the future! Thanks!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

This property was the perfect location for my husband and I to get away to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. This home was immaculately clean and we enjoyed all the extra touches. Even though the the weather was a bit windy and rainy we still found time to enjoy the hot tub! We have stayed in many VRBO homes and this one is by far one of our favorites. The setting is beautiful, all the amenities are wonderful, and the owners are delightful! Close to Bend, close to shopping, close to Sisters. Quiet and relaxing, the pool is a treat, the tennis court appears practically new, the hot tub is nice, the chickens and horses add to the ambiance without being invasive, and last but not least, to see black angus cattle in the adjoining pastures occasionally in the evenings, was another great photo op! The interior of the cottage is thoughtfully presented and includes everything needed. Our grandchildren in Bend loved their visits and spent hours floating "boats" they made down the picturesque stream that runs through the property. What more can I say?!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Sweetum's Ranch was absolutely the best! Everything was perfect. We needed to relax and this was the perfect spot to do so. The bed was comfy and the bathrooms were wonderful. The guest house was everything we had imagined and more! We will definitely want to go back someday!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is the second time we've stayed at Sweetums, and again we had a great time. Hosts are great, and the property is beautiful. We were able to swim daily in the gorgeous pool, play tennis, and soak in the hot tub. Plus lots of great hikes nearby and only 10 minutes from downtown Bend. We'll definitely be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Above and beyond our expectations! Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed! I could go on and on about how much we loved this beautiful ranch! From the private hot tub, tennis court, comfortable beds, cozy atmosphere, solar heated swimming pool, very friendly owners—everything was such a delight! The set-up of the house couldn’t be better. Each of the 2 bedrooms had a private bathroom. Everything was new and in perfect condition. Spotless and felt like a model home! Our two year old LOVED having a place to run just outside the house, playing tennis, swimming, and feeding the horse. Owners even had a pack and play and high chair for us to use. The farm-fresh hard boiled eggs were a delight in the morning! The hammock just outside the door was a private retreat each morning to enjoy fresh coffee and the gorgeous views. Location is perfect—between Sisters and Bend but still has the look and feel of getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Plenty of food options within minutes. House was perfect for our two year old to run around and play without us having to worry about her breaking something or getting hurt. We can’t wait to make up an excuse to have to come back to Bend just so we can stay at Sweetums Ranch again. A must-stay haven. All the kitchen amenities you could need and the washer and dryer are pluses. Highly recommend for families with children, a romantic getaway to enjoy the starry nights on your private patio, tennis-lovers, a girls’ or guys’ weekend, or just to get away to relax and enjoy nature. Mountain biking, hiking and skiing options in the area are endless!! The owners were very gracious, accommodating, and really made us feel at home while allowing us to have as much privacy as we wanted. They even have informational guides that recommend all activities, food, etc in the area. Can’t say enough wonderful things!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
