This spacious 6 BR, 4 BA is perfect to enjoy spectacular oceanfront views with all the amenities of luxurious living. Look out of one of 6 large sliding glass doors in the condo and see the ocean immediately in front of you. Sleeps 16 in beds but could accommodate 20-22 as it has 2 kings, 3 queens, 1 single above double bunk bed with trundle, Full futon, and inflatable Queen. The condo sits in front of a beautiful, wide, sandy beach with no rocks, accessible by private elevator or stairs. The living/dining/kitchen area is on the 3rd floor of the condo and the large windows and 3 large sliding glass doors allow for an amazing view of the ocean directly in front. The condo is slightly over 3500 sq/ft split over 2 floors, and has Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, 9 ft ceilings with crown molding, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, plush carpet in BR's and ceramic tile in baths. The LR/DR area is a large open area with reclining sofas and 2 big lazy boy recliners, big screen HDTV, DVD, iPod ready, cinema surround sound, etc. The fully furnished kitchen has all you need with microwave, 26 cu/ft refrig with ice maker, dishwasher, conventional/convection oven, coffee maker, blender, etc. etc. A spacious Master BR has King bed, Full futon, 2 large glass sliding doors with access to a large covered porch with oceanfront view, bath with his and her sinks, Jacuzzi tub, large shower and private room for toilet. The 2nd Master BR is equally ample, with King bed, inflatable queen mattress, and shares the porch with the MB and has a large double shower instead of a Jacuzzi tub. There are 3 more bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with single over double bunk bed with trundle bed. There are large screen HDTVs in both MB’s and all BR have brand new mattresses, linens, and bedding. Clean linens and towels are provided.
There is a covered 3 car garage with automatic garage door opener. The living area is accessible to the garage by elevator or stairs. The utility room has washer/dryer, and there is plenty of space to store beach toys, tents, umbrellas, etc. downstairs in a storage room in the garage. The gas grill is located on the deck in the back.
The House is well located in Carolina Beach just 4 blocks from N Lakepark Blvd, the major thoroughfare so its easy to get into Wilmington to go out to eat, go to the historic downtown district of Wilmington, the USS North Carolina, or the historic haunted house. The famous NC aquarium, where you can see many different marine animals such as the albino alligator, is located only 15 minutes to the south in Fort Fisher.
Shopping is great in Wilmington as they have malls with all the major stores including Macy’s, Dillard's, Costco, Sams, Bed Bath and Beyond, etc, etc. The House is also walking distance to Seafood, Caribbean, Mexcian and other restaurants.

Even though the pictures of the home were beautiful, we all agreed that the home was even more gorgeous in person! The owner has spared no expense and the home has everything you would need on vacation. We stayed here for a family reunion and had a fabulous week. It's just a few minute walk to restaurants, bars, and some of the best homemade donuts you've ever had (Brit's). It’s just steps to the beach and each of the beach facing rooms has the most beautiful view of the ocean. I think our favorite part was enjoying coffee on the deck and watching the dolphins. The owner Jonathon was extremely responsive to all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. I hardly write reviews, but this was a perfect vacation.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We stayed her the last week in May and the property truly exceeded our expectations. It was spacious. Two of the bedrooms had ocean views and own deck! The kitchen was beautiful and stocked. We hope to stay here again! We definitely recommend it to others!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This vacation home was everything and more than we had hoped it would be for what started as a birthday and graduation celebration but ended up being a family reunion as we had so much room. The pictures do not reflect a good enough image of how nice everything was. The furnishings were above and beyond and the views from the decks were breathtaking. The layout of the kitchen and living area were exactly what we need to enjoy big family meals for anywhere from 15 to 20 adults at a time. The elevator was a plus as we had an 87 and 77 year young with us and one time up those stairs even for a youngun is a good workout =-) There was lots of storage space so we never felt disorderly. We enjoyed grilling almost every night. We were very pleased the weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the beach at this time of year 1 Oct – 11 Oct 2011, from body surfing, reading books to taking longs walks we could not get enough. The owner was very responsive to any and all of our questions or concerns. We highly recommend this vacation home to everyone and hope to plan another trip in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This home was even more than what was described by the owner and what the pictures showed! Can not say enough about how beautiful it was and how much thought was put into the furnishings. The kitchen had everything we need to cook large family meals. We came for the graduation of our niece and this home was just the icing on the cake. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for luxury and want owners who are more than accommodating. We loved our stay at your beach house. We have 2 kids ages 2 and 4 and we came with our extended family members. There were 15 of us in all. The accommodations were excellent. The house is much bigger than I thought even though the owner had accurately described it. The view really is grand. We loved sitting and talking in the great room and have such an extensive view of the ocean and the beach. I never got tired of drinking coffee on your rocking chairs on one of the porches. The house has a luxurious feel with beautiful hard wood floors, ceramic tile crown moulding and everything is freshly painted. We enjoyed the pelicans buzzing by the house just feet above the porch, and watching the dolphins in the morning. The beach is very nice. There aren't any rocks, and we had plenty of room in July to play volleyball, bache ball, cornhole and fly kites. My brother in law said the body surfing was awesome. There are several nice restaurants with in a mile or 2. Wilmington has a special charm with the historic houses downtown. There is also lots to do at night.I was very pleased with our stay. The owner returned my emails promptly and he described the house just as it was. The owner was polite and answered all of our questions. We could not believe what an incredible place this was! Very clean and spacious, very high-end furnishings, unbelievable views from the two HUGE decks. The kitchen was very well stocked with every appliance and utensil imaginable, as well a two large pantry storage areas to keep everything neat and uncluttered. The elavator made unloading groceries a breeze and the huge gas grill made mealtimes easy! This was one of the best places we have ever stayed--we will definitely be back!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

What a wonderful vacation home! The listing description and photos accurately reflect the property's appearance and amenities, and it was both clean and well maintained! The Property Owners were a real pleasure to work with and extremely helpful and professional in answering our questions both by phone and E-Mail communications. The additional information they provided relative to the property and local places to see or visit was very beneficial. My wife and I, along with our 3 children, their spouses, and our 4 grandchildren spent a truly fantastic week here from 6/12/2010 - 6/19/2010. Because everything was more than we could have hoped for, this was my first vacation in the past 25 years that I never even once called-in to my office! This property is condusive to having a REAL vacation! The beachfront location made it so convenient for those occasions when we all went out on the beach together, but it made it even more of a treat when the kids and grandkids all went to the beach while my wife and I chose to remain at the house watching them from rocking chairs on the balcony off our Master Bedroom. We enjoyed making use of the Property's Gas Grill to prepare one of our meals, and we made extensive use of the well equiped kitchen facilities to prepare a number of other meals. We also took advantage of some local "walk to" restaurants such as Harbor Master Restaurant and the Sea Witch Care & Grill for yet other really great meals. The elevator proved a valuable asset in bringing our luggage and grocery supplies from the first floor garage up to the bedroom and kitchen floors. The 3-car garage kept the cars cool and out of the sun. We would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation home rental!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
