The property is located in Tahoe Donner on Skislope. There are four bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs.The house comfortably sleeps 8-10 depending on the size and age of guests. Upstairs the two bedrooms each has it's own full bath and queen bed. Downstairs there is a full bed in one bedroom and a trundle (which can convert to a King) in the fourth bedroom these bedrooms share a full bath on the fist story of the house. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a double shower. In addition there is a queen sofa/sleeper. There is also a full service office with fax, computer port and a TV. All bedrooms have a TV in addition to the great room which is equipped with surround sound DVD/VCR and a full library of DVD's and videos. There are also several games and books.
Minutes from Ski resorts & a Cross Country ski area is within minutes from the house. For summertime guests there is a private marina, golf course, three pools with hot tubs and a full service workout facility.
