We have spent several Christmases at this condo...couldn't ask for any better! First floor, right at the lifts---with enough snow on the ground and a little speed coming down the slope you can actually ski right up to the patio!! We love the seclusion and calmness of the Mountain House area compared with River Run. My family considers this our "home" in Keytone. We haven't stayed any place else since finding this condo :)
