New For 2008: Family Room has a new 65" DLP TV with HD DVR and Blueray DVD. New ironwork railing in the entry and dining room. New decorative ceiling fan in the kitchen area and a fresh coat of paint.
We are always updating and improving this luxury vacation rental. We do not own anything "from the 70's" (or even the 80's).

Granite slab counters, a Garland stove, two commercial ovens, Calphalon Non-Stick Commercial Cookware, vegetable sink, wine humidor, bun warmer, and a large built-in refrigerator/freezer. There is a $1000 refundable security deposit.
Cleaning fee is $300. The home is professionally cleaned after each stay.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Lakeview
We chose Incline Village because of the great beaches and access to amenities. There is a large grocery store and medical services in town. The two golf courses, recreation center,Hyatt resort and Diamond Peak ski resort are within 2 miles of the house. We definitely wanted a lakeview and this house has a great one!
The Unique Benefits at this Luxury Home
The house is great for our family. We are able to spread out into different areas. We have a family room with pool table, living room, sitting area in the kitchen and the movie theater. We are all able to be together and get away from each other.

It would seem that three weeks would be enough time to enjoy such a wonderful place like this. Sadly it is not. While we were here we went to Squaw Valley, burnt cedar beach, fly fishing, golf concerts, horseback, boat ride, Shekspeare festival, hikes, etc. What a view. McKer..family Baton Rouge,La.

We wanted to have a family gathering for Thanksgiving and found a perfect place for us and our four kids. We were 15 in all so among other things were delighted to not try to eat in restaurants. Fun to gather in all the entertainment areas of this wonderful home. We would recommend this home to everyone. Glad we found you on the Internet!
