This quaint cabin is on its own 60' of calming waters, relax on the expansive deck by an open fire watching the sunset over the majestic Olympic mountains. Warm waters all summer long for swimming and relaxing. There is also an adjacent "apartment" with a water view across the street that boasts a large rec room and 2 1/2 bedrooms. We own 2 acres up the hillside across the street. There is a large lawn for volleyball or games and a primative hiking trail with views.

Very tight knit groups of people who cherish the history and resources of the canal, close to the resort and the city... excellent warm waters with an incredible view and acreage to expand.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
Mostly just barbequing, kayaking and swimming in the summer months and relaxing by the fire reading in the winter months.

Myself and seven other friends reunited for a guys weekend at the Waterfront Mountain View Cabin and it could not have been more terrific. First of all, the location was perfect...We were right on the water and when the tide was up the deck actually sits over it! Also, there was a buoy just off shore that we could tie our boat up to which made it super convenient for going out crabbing and fishing. When the tide was out, there was plenty of beach front to explore, loads of clams and oysters, and the water was surprisingly warm for swimming and snorkeling. The deck had a large sitting area with a fire pit off to the side, a BBQ and plenty of deck chairs. Sitting by the fire at night, listening to the water beneath us, while roasting smores and telling old stories was the highlight. The property was rustic but clean and highly practical - perfect for a bunch of guys or a large family. Lots of beds, as the listing described. Plenty of space. Good parking. Helpful Owners. Friendly neighbors. The listing description and photos are accurate. Our cellular coverage was a bit spotty, but quickly came to see this as a positive thing. All in all, I would highly recommend this property and am already looking forward to staying there next year!
