This two-bedroom, two-bath villa has a beautiful view overlooking a scenic lagoon and pool. Tastefully decorated with brand-new furnishings and new appliances.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a 19-inch TV/cable/VCR and private full bath. Step onto the screened-in patio and take in the view. Ceiling fan and new rattan furniture make this patio a welcome retreat.
Second bedroom has two twins and full bathroom. Open living room that steps onto patio overlooking lagoon and pool. 32-inch TV with cable/VCR/DVD.Sleeper sofa in living room. Dining room table that seats six comfortably.
Our villa is managed a well respected property management company. They will assist in making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Private pool is steps away and has large sun bathing deck jutting into lagoon. Watch the fish swim from the patio of this first-floor villa. Only minutes away (walking distane) from the marina and Freshfields Center, which also has restaurants and specialty shops. Ride your bike to the beach or to the crabbing dock. Enjoy the walking trails and the beautiful beach. Historic Charleston is only 25 minutes to enjoy great dining,entertainment and shopping.

Dear Don and Amy, Thanks so much for a great vacation. We loved your villa. You have equipped it to the hilt, and furnished it impeccably. Before bed each night, Mike and the girls worked on that 550 pc Mexican food puzzle. How nice of you to supply games and puzzles! We enjoyed the Beach Club, North Beach, and all of the amenities you made available to us. We went into Charleston often, and the recommendations you made in regard to what to do and where to eat were much appreciated. You weren't wrong on a single thing. Chez Fish was great, although not exactly kid friendly food-wise but we loved it, and we enjoyed AW Shucks a lot, too. Best meals were at Sticky Fingers and Charleston Crab House.We did all of the touristy things...carriage ride through town, Fort Sumpter, Patriot's Point, the Market, and had a blast. We went to a Riverdogs game, too, and that capped off a perfect week. On the way home, we hit Rosebank Farms for goodies to take home...peaches and South Carolina Barbeque sauce. It really was a great week, in spite of the inconvenience on Sunday/Monday. Thanks, again, for making our first South Carolina experience such a pleasant one. Rose, Mike, Emily and Elizabeth

Don & Amy - I am so glad you asked because we LOVED your place! On Christmas Morning I picked up the key and went to deliver some coffee and snacks for my relatives and was so impressed with your place. The decorating was adorable and the place was spotless!!!! I loved your furniture and the information in the home was also great. Once my relatives arrived, my brothers and I presented them with the info packet and key from Great Beach and all went to get settled before dinner - they too were so pleased with it and my great aunt enjoyed sitting on the porch admiring the view! The only comment was that we did not have sheets for the pull out - but that was no problem - my parents had a set. I know I could have called Great Beach, but it was Christmas and it was not necessary. Anyhow, your place is great and we will definitely like to use it in the future. Hope I remembered your name. We got back last night from our trip to your place at Seabrook Island. I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your "home". Your place was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks so much for working with us since we only needed the 2 nights accomodations. We had BEAUFTIFUL weather - almost 80 degress on Sat. & Sun. Thanks again! This was our first time on Seabrook and we had a GREAT time! Kala & Larry Badger
