  We had guys down for a golf getaway. This place is smack dab in the middle of a ton of great courses. It was also the perfect venue for everyone to have a bed, as well as for everyone to gather around the large kitchen/dining area. Overall... a beautiful house and a great experience!

  Very much enjoyed my stay. House is deceptively roomy, and the two bedrooms with three beds each were perfect for the children in my group. A pair of cribs was an unexpected plus. The balcony overlooking the pool was convenient for relaxing outside. Overall, the house is very comfortable and is convenient to the beach, restaurants and malls on Rt41, and to 5th Ave in Naples.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

  Our party of 9 (children, parents and grand-parents) had a wonderful holiday in this very nice, well equiped villa in a great location. Watching the sunset from the boat deck is a treat. In our view, Naples is the best of Florida - great beaches, dining, fishing, golf, shopping, nature - it has it all.

  My family and I spent a week here in July 2011 and this house exceeded our expectations from the moment we pulled in the driveway. Extremely clean and well-maintained inside and out. Kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms are equipped with anything and everything you can think of - you’ll only need to buy groceries. Big screens in every room, brand new kitchen that overlooks a 2-story patio area and a great pool area (not to mention the view of the canal). Every bedroom was so cozy and there were so many areas in this spacious house to just sit around and relax. Quiet and safe neighborhood with convenient access to shopping, dining and beautiful beaches. I could go on and on… From the very first inquiry with Paul, he was extremely responsive and well-organized, making it a pleasure renting from him and his family. We highly recommend this property and look forward to renting it again in the future.

  We just stayed here in April '11 and it was wonderful. Comfortably slept 9 adults and 4 little kids with plenty of bathrooms and living space. Nice kitchen and large dining table. We all LOVED the screened-in pool and patio area. It was a short drive or long walk to the nearest beach (~1 mile). Beaches were clean and beautiful. We had a GREAT time and would recommend to a friend, or repeat visit ourselves. PS We rented cars, as the RSW airport was about 40 minutes away.

  We just got back from spending a week at this place and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The house is just as it is described. Short, easy and safe distance to both Vanderbilt beach access and Wiggins state park. Beautiful pool and a great location with easy access to everything. For great seafood, we highly recommend Randy's Fish Market which is very near on Tamiami Trail, about a mile. Very good place to get seafood to take to the house and grill or eat right there. If you want to relax and kick back, this place is awesome. In addition, it is a very easy drive to Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach is you get the urge to visit other beaches. I highly recommend and we will most likely book this again.

  This vacation home is fabulous. There were 7 of us and a toddler. This beautiful home has every convenience and amenity you could want. This home has been completely remodeled and is spotless. A fully stocked kitchen, a laundry room with an additional washer & dryer in the garage, a beautiful screened in private pool with heater and a pool alarm, plenty of TV's, wireless internet, 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast. The pictures do not do this place justice. Downtown Naples had a lot going on, with musicians playing on the corners, shopping and plenty of restaurants. There are plenty of boating/fishing excursions available also. But if you just want to relax, this home is the place to do it. The owners were very helpful with all our questions. My only regret is that we only stayed a week. We will be renting this beautiful home again.

  We just returned from a week long stay at this Absolutly perfect vaction house. Do not let the pictures fool you they do not do this home justice. There were ten of us and there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone, very close to everything including a great beach boat rentals shopping etc.. The fishing is great right off your own personal dock 5 min boat ride to a picture perfect nearly private beach with tons of dolphins and more sea shells than you can imagine.. I just can't say enough good things about this place I would recommend it to anyone looking for a large quite beach home
