Located on an exclusive barrier island, Melbourne Beach is one of the closest to Disney World, Sea World, and other Orlando attractions. The world famous Sebastian Inlet just minutes to the to the south, and Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center are located 30 miles to the North.
This stunning getaway offers 3,000 square feet of air conditioned living space and can accommodate 12 guests. The main house consists of a spacious living area, separate dining room, and a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances & cookware, and solid cherry Thomasville custom cabinetry. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with its own private beach access. The master bedroom features an expansive bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A second large bedroom includes a private bathroom and a separate sitting area with an ocean view. The remaining bedroom is adjacent to the Florida room. Located behind the double garage, is a laundry facility with its own half bath, utility sink, and beach access.
Additionally, above the garage there is a self-contained, one bedroom apartment which boasts the same attention to detail and quality as the main house. This unique suite has its own kitchen and laundry facilities, and features bamboo floors. The apartment has both an east and west facing deck, so you can watch the sun rise and set.
In keeping with our commitment to the environment, we pride ourselves in providing our guests with the healthiest indoor air quality possible. We accomplish this by carefully selecting the safest available building materials, paints, and finishes. Furthermore, the Villa has air-conditioning systems equipped with Hepa filters and a whole-house water purification system, which removes chlorine and other impurities. Our accommodations are non-smoking. We take great care in using the least toxic pesticides, cleaning products and detergents available.

My family is just finishing staying at this awesome location. We are all very sad to be leaving and wish we could have one more week here. The layout is great. 8 adults and 2 small children and we all have plenty of space. We have lots of extended family in the area and all who have visited have asked how to find info for the house.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I rented this home from Robert for a week long family vacation in February 2013 for my wife and I and our two teenage boys. The property was everything it was advertised as and more. I have rented homes and condos along the Florida coast for years and this is the cleanest and most updated home I have ever rented. The house is quite large and we could have easily accommodated more people. The furnishings are comfortable and there are plenty of towels, linens and all the kitchen items you will need. Robert is pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Above the garage is a modern and well equipped, fully contained one bedroom apartment. This was great as my 17 year old son stayed there and loved it! There are plenty of flat screen TV's and high speed Internet throughout. The Internet was plenty fast enough for us to stream Netflix on our devices without any problems. We had a bit of both hot and cold weather during our stay so I can say that the heating and cooling systems in the house work very well! The house is set back on a large lot in a residential area and is directly on the beach with amazing views from inside and out. There are side-walks along the road so you can safely walk or bicycle for miles. Because the house is in a residential area you almost have the beach to yourself a lot of the time. The beach itself is amazing and great to walk along in either direction. The house is so close to the ocean that you could stand with one foot in the house and throw something that would hit the water. Publix (grocery store) is less than a mile away (an easy walk) and has all the food items you will need plus a variety of other chain store items. Starbucks is about a 5 minute drive. There are some other local restaurants and stores nearby and all the major chain stores and restaurants are about a ten minute drive. The home is about one hour from Orlando International Airport (MCO), an easy drive on major muti-lane highways the whole way. I loved everything about this property and have already booked a return trip for February 2014!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My family and I had an amazing beach weekend at this property. We couldn't have asked for more, and the owner/manager was very accommodating and responsive to us. Everything was provided as promised and we hardly even left the house! We would definitely recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing, fun-in-the-sun getaway.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.
