Our elegant two bedroom condo is located about 120 yards from the ski lifts at Keystone Resort's Mountain House base, which is in the center of the resort where a ski school, children's center, and ski rental buildings are located. Enjoy great views of the ski mountain from your windows and private balcony, where you can actually watch your family ski.
The 2 bedroom unit is very large, 1,252 square feet. It is distinctively furnished with many luxury appointments. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room, a complete modern kitchen, and a washer and dryer in your own unit. It has a VCR's & DVD players. We also have FREE high speed wireless Internet access for our guests use only! There is even a propane barbecue grill on your own patio. See why our condos is considered the best vacation value in all of Keystone, and the best condos in Ski Run. Our guests return year after year. We even offer a 'returning guest' discount. These units is maintained in 'like new' condition with deluxe features.
The 2 bedroom condo has a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The two bedroom unit has two full baths and an inside heated parking space. This condo can sleep up to eight.
When you're ready to ski, just walk three minutes to the Mountain House lifts. Want to ski other areas? Our condos are located just a seven minute drive from A-Basin; 20 minutes from Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Loveland. It is a short 35 minutes to Vail. Keystone also offers Colorado's only night skiing and free bus service to other ski areas.
Finished skiing? There is a clubhouse with a large swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi so you can relax before dinner. Want to dine out? You can walk from your door to several nearby restaurants and other attractions.
Want to save even more? We provide our guests with details so that they can save on their adult lift tickets! For example, in past seasons, our guests skied Keystone for as little as $24.75/day instead of the $93.00 the resort was charging. We were also able to have some children ski for FREE! We can even save you money on your ski and board rentals, snowmobile tours, discount airport transfers and food. We can even offer you savings on white water rafting, bike rentals, downhill bike rides and horseback rides in the summer. Details about these money savings offers can be found on our Ski Run web site under the Winter Discount and Summer Events areas. We give you a special 'GUEST DISCOUNT CARD' to use to obtain these saving. They are not available if you rent your Ski Run Condo elsewhere.
Because of these units popularity, WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER A FIVE NIGHT OR LONGER STAY. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you prefer to stay for fewer nights, you can, but will be charged for five nights. The greatest savings are offered on a 7 night, Saturday to Saturday visit. Sorry, no pets or smokers are allowed at any time.

We were there last February and had a wonderful time. There are great mountain views from this condo and it was only about a 3 minute walk to the slopes. They gave is discount lift ticket and rental details as well as a discount card good for meals and other things. There as a boot dryer in the condo too. The owners were wonderful people and very helpful. We have stayed at other units in the same complex and none were as nich or offered as much as this unit 205 at Ski Run.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

What a great condo! Not only was it a short alk to the lifts, but it had features we have never seen in a rental before. There was even a boot and glove dryer, a decktop computer with high speed internet much more. There is a great pool, dry suana and a jacuzzi too. The owners even gave us details to save us money on lift tickets, ski rentals, and discounts on meals. I will always rent this condo any time we go back to Keystone. By the way, their prices were about 1/2 of what Keystone property management wanted.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

we had a great time all week. weather was perfect, crowds were gone, food (nearby restaurants) was great. and, the condo was perfect. location, size, facilities (pool, dvd player, books) all were all we could ask for.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were there for a week in mid-July, 2004, and had a wonderful time. We don't ski, so we enjoyed the lovely weather, did some biking and hiking, and a terrific Italian festival in the nearby village. We have been to Keystone several times in the past. We usually stay in River Run. This condo is by far the nicest and largest, with everything anyone could ever desire. Thanks. About the owner: My wife and I are retired. She was a doctor of pharmacy, and I was in the investment industry. We started going to Keystone in 1985, when we lived in Indiana. We purchased our first condo in 1988 and our second in 2003. We moved to Grand Junction, Colorado in 1997 and love the beauty of the state. We moved to Eloy, Arizona in 2010 becasue of the warm winters. We enjoy the summers in Keystone because of the many activities and the cool, dry, summer weather. We hope that you will enjoy our "vacation home" too.
Why the Owner Chose Mountain House, Ski Run:
We purchased unit in Ski Run because of the large size of the condos, the quality construction and the superior location. Ski Run is in the center of the resort and a very short walk to the Mountain House lifts. In the summer, we take a leisurely walk to both the River Run area and the Keystone Village area from our central location. The unit in Ski Run are so large that our one bedroom unit is the size of most of the two bedroom units in the resort.
