Our elegant one bedroom condo is very large. It has 874 square feet, which is the size of most two bedroom units. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. It also has 1 & 1/4 baths. It will sleep four in comfort.
The unit is ideal for two couples or a family. It is a luxury condo with many great features. Included are a fireplace, complete modern kitchen and your own washer and dryer inside of your unit. We even have FREE high speed wireless internet access for the use of our guests only, VCR's and DVD players. It has a propane barbecue grill on patio for your enjoyment and much more. See why our condo is considered the best vacation value in all of Keystone and the best unit in Ski Run! Our guests return year after year and we offer a "returning guest" discount.
We also offer special optional features that that set our condos apart from the others. For example, you can have either a gas log fireplace or a wood burning fireplace and a video and book lending library. You can also have a desk work station with fax machine, Sony desktop computer with LCD monitor and ethernet internet connection, besides the free wireless internet. DIRECTV is also available as well as a flat screen TV, wall safe. You can also have a location that is 30 yards closer to the ski mountain and about 40 feet from the clubhouse door as compared to all other Ski Run units.
When you're ready to ski, just walk three minutes (120 yards) to the Keystone Mountain House lifts, which is in the center of the resort. It is where the ski school, children's center, and ski rental buildings are located. Want to ski other areas? Our condos are located just a 7 minute drive from A-Basin; 20 minutes from Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Loveland. It is a short 35 minutes to Vail. Keystone also offers Colorado's only night skiing and bus service to other ski areas.
Finished skiing? There is a clubhouse with a large indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi so you can relax before dinner. Want to dine out? You can walk from your condo door to several nearby restaurants and other attractions.
Want to save even more? We provide our guests with details so that they can save on their adult lift tickets! For example, in the 2006 - 2007 season, our guests skied Keystone for as little as $22.25/day instead of the $81.00 the resort was charging and they even skied Vail for as little as $48.00! This season, we can show you how some kids can SKI FREE and other will pay only $99.00 for 4 days of skiing! We can even save you money on your ski and board rentals, snowmobile tours, discount airport transfers and food. We can even offer you savings on white water rafting, bike rentals, downhill bike rides and horseback rides in the summer. Details about these money savings offers can be found on our Ski Run web site under the Winter Discount and Summer Events areas. We give you a special "GUEST DISCOUNT CARD" to use to obtain these saving. They are not available if you rent your Ski Run Condo elsewhere.
Because of these units popularity, WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER A FIVE NIGHT OR LONGER STAY. If you prefer to stay for fewer nights, you can, but will be charged for five nights. The greatest savings are offered on a 7 night, Saturday to Saturday visit. Sorry, no pets or smokers are allowed at any time. Over the holiday and spring break periods, we will only rent for seven night Saturday to Satruday stays.

Why the Owner Chose Mountain House, Ski Run
We purchased unit in Ski Run because of the large size of the condos, the quality construction and the superior location. Ski Run is in the center of the resort and a very short walk to the Mountain House lifts. In the summer, we take a leisurely walk to both the River Run area and the Keystone Village area from our central location. The units in Ski Run are so large that our one bedroom units are the size of most of the two bedroom units in the resort.

My wife and I are retired. She was a doctor of pharmacy, and I was in the investment industry. We started going to Keystone in 1985, when we lived in Indiana. We purchased our first condo in 1988 and our second in 2003. We moved to Grand Junction, Colorado in 1997 and love the beauty of the state. We enjoy the summers in Keystone because of the many activities and the cool, dry, summer weather. We hope that you will enjoy our "vacation home" too.
