  Our family (Mom/Dad and three married children and spouses) spent Thanksgiving week at Marina’s house in Palm Springs. It was wonderful. We had planned a Lot of activities in the surrounding area, but, the house was so comfortable, we ended up spending most of our time hanging out at the house. First: the house is huge. Each family unit had their own bedroom suite. One of the bedrooms has a second bedroom attached-perfect for our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. And the Master Bedroom? Awesome! The Living area is so spacious and comfortable. Room for groups to sit, talk, eat, read and play games all at the same time. Another review already said that the house is better than the photos, I agreed within the first two seconds of walking in the front door… And then there is the backyard… Amazing… During the day: I loved the ¾ size tennis/paddle court. My youngest son and I played each day-when we could get on the court! It was a big hit with the whole family. Of course, the pool was a major source of fun. During the night: Tossup between the fire pit, the barbeque, the hot tub, the lighted, heated pool (again!) playing board games on the many tables in and around the house and watching old family videos on the huge plasma TV with the semi-circle sofa! Actually, we really only left the house a few times, “to do some things”, because we felt we had to … we had planned on the house being “home-base” for our trip; instead, it became our home for the trip. We have to mention the kitchen, after all we did prepare Thanksgiving Dinner there (as well as a week’s worth of other meals and snacks): My wife and daughter-in-law are a professional baker and chef, they thought it was magnificent. Marina and Ivan? Awesome! They greeted us at the house and within minutes made us feel like they knew us for years. The first Sunday there, I had a question on the pool, nothing major; they immediately sent over the “pool guy” to hold my hand… Marina called several times during the trip to make sure everything was to our liking-she really cared… and made us feel valued and special… We wanted everything to be perfect for this trip-and it was! Thank-you Marina and Ivan.

  This property more than exceeded my expectations as well as my guests. The house is gorgeous, clean, kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious and the yard is AMAZING! We spent most of our time in the beautifully landscaped backyard. The pool was perfect size for all the kids and adults to enjoy, plenty of lawn furniture and the paddle tennis court was a blast to play on! At night we BBQ'd and enjoyed the firepit. Another bonus was the location being so close to the downtown area, grocery stores and restaurants. We go every memorial weekend to Palm Springs and this property was the BEST we have ever experienced by far! Thank you Marina for allowing us to make cherished memories in your beautiful home and for also being SO GREAT to work with!

  I would recommend this house to anyone. It's beautiful, and in great condition. The space in the back yard is wonderful. We were 12, with 8 kids and we had lots of space. We usually go out and explore when we're on vacation, but the place was so comfortable that we just stayed home and enjoyed ourselves. It really is a fantastic property.

  This home was amazing! We rented this place for a girls 30th birthday trip and it couldn't have been more perfect. There was plenty of space for all of us and the pool was amazing to layout at take a dip to cool off! The house was stalked with everything we needed to cook meals and plastic-ware for outside. There was a great fridge in the backyard to keep snacks cold for us poolside. Marina and her pool-man were SO helpful getting us everything we needed or addressing any questions we had. The house was right next to a grocery store and only a few short minutes from downtown and the airport which was a huge plus! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and have a place that feels like home. Looking forward to my next stay in this beautiful home.

  The house and property were very accurately described and exceeded my expectations. Very clean and meticulous, house well furnished and had everything we needed and then some. Attention to details, things like plenty of fresh linen and towels really make a difference. Marina was really on top of all the details and an excellent hostess. I was disappointed that I couldn't stay longer. I will be coming back to this location and highly recommend it.

  This home is designed for an amazing weekend away! From the moment we were greeted by our welcoming host, we all knew it would be an incredible time! Gracious and sweet, she brought us through the home - which was stunning, clean, spacious and PERFECT - showed us around, explained all aspects of the house and quickly left leaving us to our fun! There was never a need to leave the place since everything is right there for you! We made use of the pool, hot tub, fire pit and it was a non-stop wonderful weekend! Pictures are 100% true and accurate, and it was exactly perfect for our bachelorette party for a friend. Thanks so much, can't wait to come back!

  I recently stayed in this beautiful home with 9 of my friends for my 31st birthday. What's can I say, it did not disappoint. It's was extremely spacious with each bedroom beautifully decorated with each a bathroom for the ultimate luxury. The Main master was like a small apartment with a huge walk in closest and double sinks with a steam shower that was an added luxury. The back yard was spectacular, a beautiful large pool with a cascading hot tub and ample lounge space. Tennis anyone, there is a 3/4 size paddle tennis court to work up a sweat and then treat yourself after with a margarita from the outdoor bar....again, another great luxury. There was a great BBQ area with a beautifully lit gazebo to hangout in while someone grilled your dinner. As night fell in the desert it got chilly, not at this house tho, there was an awesome fire pit with ample seating for everyone to gather around and share stories. I will defiantly be back at this wonderful home. Last but not least Marina, our lovely host was nothing but a gem the whole time from first initial contact to leaving the property and deposit refund. We love you marina. If you cannot have fun in this home, whatever the occasion, your not fun. Thanks Marina, Declan and the SF crew.

  We stayed at this beautiful property with two other couples and had a special place to call home as we explored the Palm Springs area. When at the house, we spent most of our time enjoying the back yard. We had meals at the large patio table, and the firepit is a great place for evening conversation. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated, with special touches in each room, and was very clean. Marina and Ivan greeted upon arrival and immediately made us feel welcome. We would highly recommend this home to others visiting Palm Springs!

  First of Marina, I'm sorry it's taken me this long to post a review! My group of friends and I wanted to take a mini vacation for the summer! We started looking for places in big bear and palm springs. We searched for about a week and came across this amazing home! The pictures are amazing but wait until you arrive!!!!!!! Every room is different! The main room ! OMG it has a steam/shower that is awesome! We honestly had zero complaints other than we wish we could have stayed much longer! Marina is such a sweet heart. Our group saw her as a mom figure she is so caring and took the time to show us everything and answered all of our questions! She said call her if we had any issues but everything went so well. This place was amazing and so is the owner which makes us want to come back next year for sure! You will not regret booking this great house! Also, there are many outlets very close and Morongo! A bowling alley too. There is lots to do around but trust me you will hardly want to leave with the pool in the backyard!

  An annual tradition has begun! A group of 10 friends rented out this luxurious house and spent one of the best weekends ever. The house is stunning!!! Bedrooms are large with comfy mattresses. The master suite has a sauna and a hot tub! Living room/dining room/kitchen very spacious. The best part was the backyard. We would BBQ as the sun set, light up the fire pit and relax in the jacuzzi. After staying here, I will NEVER stay in a hotel again. Marina was so accommodating and friendly. Very professional to work with. Everything you need is there!!! See you next summer!!!!
