Beautiful contemporary and cosy home 3/2.5 with maple hardwood floors, large pool, fire place and a huge fenced-in yard. Sleeps 6/8. Lots of windows and light, airy zen feeling throughout the house. Kids and pets friendly. The kitchen is brand new with stainless appliances and fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave. It opens onto a large covered deck patio to enjoy all your meals, perfect for lounging after the beach.
Large pool surrounded with lush landscaping, fruit trees and bamboos. The bathrooms feel like you are in a spa. The location of this home makes it easy and fast to get anywhere you wish to go. 10 min to the nearest beach, 1.5 miles from the interstate I-95, 15 minutes to South Beach, 15 minutes to the Airport and only 10 minutes to the Performing Arts Center. Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne and Coral Gables are about 15 to 20 minutes drive.
The home is 2 min from the Miami Shores Golf and Country Club. Shopping is very convenient at nearby malls such as Aventura, Bal Harbor and Mid Town. A convenient store is in walking distance. Biscayne Park is a quaint friendly neighborhood established in the 1930's.
Most streets are tree-lined with old oaks and banyan trees inviting you for a walk in their shade. You wake up to the singing of birds and parrots yet you are in the city.

This is indeed a tropical paradise. Our kids loved the pool and garden. We enjoyed the overall relaxing atmosphere. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the neighbors too. We recommend it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time in this house were we stayed for a month with our kids (teenagers and a young child)...we immediately felt at home! the garden with it's tropical vegetation and swimming-pool is what made the difference for us...we know Miami and have lived in an appartment but living there in a house is the best way to get the feel, to live both inside and outside, to organize BBQ with friends....this house definitely has good vibes! We are already planning to go back next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We had a great time during our one week stay. None of us wanted to leave (We were 7!) the house had everything and more than we could ask for. The owners were very nice and worked with our schedule. It was a small family vacation and not only did we feel at home but we made wonderful memories. We just returned from a 3 months stay in this beautiful home. We Loved It! I would recommend this place to anybody looking to stay in Miami. The owners have done a great job in making sure everything you could need was here. . If you have a large family this is the place to stay! Nice deck outside to enjoy your meal surrounding by a beautiful garden and the swimming pool was absolutely perfect!! Great location only 10 minutes from the ocean . About the owner: Hi, We are Kathrine, Serge and two young kids. We purchased this home in 2002 and renovated it with our hearts and souls to make it the most enjoyable possible inside and outside. It is like a zen retreat in the middle of the city, very spacious and bright to make the best of your vacation in Miami. We are very friendly landlords who wish to have respectful tenants. We guarantee you will have the vacation of your life in our home. This house is great for kids and pets. The area is quite and peaceful, very friendly and so conveniently located, 10 min drive to everything you need. It is cozy, relaxing, fun.
Why the Owner Chose Biscayne Park:
We bought this house to live in it, and we spent 5 fantastic years in it. The area is quiet, safe, away from the traffic and noise yet so close to everything. The people in the village are super friendly, welcoming. We can drive to the nearest beach in 10 min. Biscayne Park is a bird sanctuary and one of the oldest neighborhood in Miami. All lots are large and the focus is on the nature. It is authentic just like us! When we moved from Florida, we decided to keep our home in Miami, offering it for Vacation rental appeared the best way to do.

Wake up with the sound of birds, enjoy your breakfast and meals on the shaded patio looking at the pool, feel peaceful inside and out in the open space. Feng Shui applied to all the rooms. You can rollerblade, jog in the beautiful streets of the area. Shop and restaurants within walking distance.
