The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was cleaner than some of my experiences with other rental companies. Liked the house and location. Did not particulary like not having a master bath off the bedroom, but very nice home for the price

House was clean, nice and close to the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed Sept. 1st-4th 2011 OMG, I will never be able to stay at any other beach house but this one, it was that perfect! No complaints about anything. My family had such a great time. The layout of the house is just perfect, the pics don't do this place justice. There is more than enough room for four families, easy. And it is a perfect house for kids, specially the screened in porch. Takes maybe 2 min. to get to the beach, walking. Not even a 1/2 mile away from a pizza stand and whaley's. The outside shower is GREAT! And the washer & dryer are down stairs under the house to prevent the noise. Just wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!!!!!

Turtle pace is an older home that has apparently been enlarged with an addition on the back. Front bedrooms are roomy, back ones quite small. Some issues -- especially in bathrooms. Otherwise, a comfortable place to stay for a week. Atwood staff was great when we had a problem.

Tubs dirty and tootepaste still in the sink just things like that. Loved the beach and Edisto Island.

    Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was as if the place had not been cleaned. Tubs dirty and tootepaste still in the sink just things like that. Loved the beach and Edisto Island.

Three years in a row we rented The Reeves House and stayed in a well taken care of house. We hope to rent again next year 2010.
