  We drove down to Florida from Michigan for a relaxing Spring Break with our 4 teenage son's and a couple of their friends. The Pelican House lived up to its billing and then some, the pictures cannot show how nice this property really is. We found it to be truly a home away from home as we entertained additional guests in the spacious backyard with shrimp on the barb-y. The owner was very sweet and made sure that we had a care free stay. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch where we had a view of the ocean, and we took several short walks to the doughnut shop just around the corner. The grocery store near by was very reasonable and only a short walk from the cottage. I would recommend this house to my family and friends, that is if we aren't already staying there. Thanks again Louise, your the best!!

  This beautiful beach cottage was exactly as described. It was a perfect place to spend a week at the beach. We were close to everything we wanted, but far enough away from the heavy traffic to enjoy peace and quiet. I hope to be able to spend another week here soon! Thank you Louise - is was exactly as promised.

  we had a long 7 day vacation at this beachhouse with plenty fun in the sun. House was in walking distance to the lovely beaches of panama beach, and had plenty from room to sleep 6. Everything you could ever want is just minutes away in the area. I could do my vacation every year at this beachhouse

  Three days were not enough to enjoy this beautiful cottage. So close to the beach and even closer to Thomas' for those morning biscuits! Hope to come again for a much longer stay. I have always loved Laguna Beach and pray it never loses its simple charm and quiet beach!! Thanks so much Louise!!!!

  We needed a quick get a way and happened to find this house listed and fell in love with the pelican pictured. This home is very warm and comfortable and well maintained. We had five adults and one child and had ample room and never ran out of hot water. The back yard was great to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon after a long day at the beach. The beach was right there and it was close enough to Pier Park to make food take out runs without it being a long drive. Everything we wanted to do was minutes away. I can say enough about the great location and how warm and inviting the house was. I will certainly hope to book this place again!

  As a group of 9 people, we travelled to this house over our Spring Break. Needless to stay, it was an excellent stay. The house is beautiful and could not be in more of a convenient area. It is a 3 minute walk in either direction to the grocery store, and to an excellent Deli named Thomas's. Having a fenced in backyard was a serious plus to our stay. We could grill and eat at the backyards tables in privacy. It was a very comfortable house for having so many people in a one story. Being able to see the beach from the front porch in the morning was a nice site as well. This is a beautiful house that is recommended to everyone of all ages. Our group can not express our satisfaction enough. Our stay was so good in fact, that we are all trying to plan a date amongst each other to come back to this same house this summer. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED TO ALL.

  We stayed here last June and it is the best time we have ever had in Panama City Beach. We have stayed in private homes before-but this is by far the nicest. Thank you for a great stay.

  First I would like to tell you that your house is beautiful. I really love those hardwood floors. Second, it was the perfect location for us to go to the beach We really enjoyed our time there. So, thanks again, you have a great place there on the beach, and I will let people know about it.

  What a great appreciative group. I am glad they had a wonderful time and had plenty of room. This group like many others were surprised at how close the house is to the beach. It is in a very nich neighborhood and the beach is much less crowded than the beach along the tall high rise buildings. We just love Laguna Beach and hope it stays the way it is now..beautiful. Thanks so much.

  We just returned from a week and it was wonderful! Louise is wonderful and friendly, quick to respond to all questions and offered lots info on area. The house is in a quite neighborhood with a nice sized yard with a grill. The beach was perfect! To have an uncrowded beach in the summer can not be beat! Loved this area! Thank you Louise!
