  We have rented this cabin several times and always have a great time. We had tons of snow this year. We will be back. It would be nice to have a snow shovel available for renters to use.

  Beautiful well kept cabin. Super clean, well organized, and everything worked perfectly. I Loved the huge Jacuzi bath, and the beautiful big roomy kitchen. It has such a gorgeous overlook to the ski lodge and moutain. There is stuff for anyone, any age, and everyone to do. I will definetly come and stay again!

  My family and I loved this cabin.... it was clean, easy to find very spacious and extremly cozy. We went hiking,skiing,tubing, made a snow woman etc. Definitely sleeps atleast 21, the kitchen was fully equipped, which was better than staying @ a hotel, I was able to save money on going out to eat and was able too cook hearty meals... We went fishing at Panguitch Lake. Next time we go again it will be in the summer (hopefully this summer) or if i can get all my girlfriends together as a girls trip . Only regret was i didnt stay longer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!!!!

  Thank you for the use of your beautiful cabin! Although there were only six of us (one of our party was unable to join) we had a great time. The cabin had more than ample room and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous and well stocked. The reading room had a beautiful view of the snow covered trees and was very relaxing after a day (or two) on the slopes. Being there were 4 females, having three full bathrooms was a blessing!! The location was perfect as it was far enough away from the main road to be relaxed and secluded, but not too far away from the slopes. The cabin was clean and inviting, however, there were a few things that we were a bit disappointed with. First, the code was not emailed to us prior to arrival and we became a bit stressed after several attempts to contact the owner, thus getting our vacation off to bad start. The phone number listed appears to be a business number, since were were traveling on a Sun, there was no answer. Contact was finally made two hours after arriving in Brian Head, but a mends was made and we continued on our vacation. The description of the cabin was pretty much spot on, but there are ammenities listed that did not met expectations. The descriptions listed three fireplaces, but a note on the refrigerator states not to use the fireplace in the basement. There is a note on the countertop stating there is a key for the garage to restock the firewood. When the key could not be located, contact was made with the owner. We were told that we could not access the garage due to personal items. We were told that firewood would be delivered the next day, however, there was no firewood delivered so,we purchased firewood ourselves. The pool table is located in an area that makes it impossible to play due to being too close to the wall to shoot, not to mention out of a standard 16 billiard balls, there were only 14. Moving on to the ping pong table, the paddles are extremely worn and there were no available ping pong balls. Again, we purchased our own (which we left for the next renters). Then when we attempted to use the DVD player in the basement, it was not hooked up. After hooking it up, we discovered it would not work. So, since we could not all gather in the master bedroom to use that DVD, we had to take the player from the master and move it to the basement. Again, the cabin itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained, but we chose to rent this property for the ammenities as well.

Thank you for your review and since your stay, we have revised our VRBO listing to provide our future renters with a more accurate description of available amenities. Unfortunately, we previously relied on renters to be responsible for the provided amenities but we have now rectified stated issues. We hope that you will come and stay with us again on your next visit to Brian Head. Thank you again for staying at our cabin.

  The cabin was very clean and well maintained. Lots of room. We had 14 adults and 5 kids..Located close to lifts and tubing. Lots of parking. I would highly recommend this property to family or friends. We had a good time, lots of snow..

  Our family of 5 boys and their 3 Aunts, 1 uncle, 4 girl cousins and grandma just spent Christmas week at this fabulous cabin. Our family (the boy family) are Arizonans and haven't spent much time around snow, and we definitely got our fill...snow, snow, snow everywhere. We each had a comfy bed with all bedding provided, plenty of bathroom space with 3 full baths and a warm, cozy fire everyday with plenty of firewood provided. The kitchen gave us more than enough space to prepare our meals which we did daily and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The kids had fun decorating the provided Christmas tree and we even hung a pinata from the rafters in the reading room. This was our room of choice where we played games at the big table and had an all around view of the beautiful outdoors! The kids loved the basement where they played ping pong, chess and whatever else they could find and they all slept in the bunk beds down there where they laughed and talked themselves to sleep. The proximity to the ski resort was great...just a hop, skip and a jump and we skied 3 of the days. We loved the resort...the workers were all so friendly and it is so beautiful up there. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and dig in the snow and to sled outside the cabin. We feel so lucky to have been able to go on this trip and glad that we picked this particular cabin. We decided to do this again in 2 yrs and will for sure try to stay in the same cabin. We all agree this was the best Christmas ever, so thank you!!!

  our family of 27 just enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the above cabin.It was even more than we expected. We appreciated how clean it was, inviting and welcoming. We had a blast. There was entertainment available for all age groups.The play ground was a big hit. An awesome floor plan with room for everyone. This was our first experience of renting a cabin. This one we will rent again and again. We highly recommend it.
