  My parents, my husband and I and 19 month old daughter stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been more thrilled with the condo. We did not have to bring anything extra including linens, crib, towels, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, beach towels, and the list goes on. Gay, the owner, has impeccable taste and has stocked the condo so that you do not have to worry about a single thing. Not to mention the perks of having an ocean view, access to a pool and a golf cart to get you back and forth to the beach. We will definitely stay again!

  We just returned today and I can honestly say this place has everything. So nice not having to pack kitchen stuff, towels, sheets, etc. Gay will have everything there for you. The beach itself is beautiful and uncrowded. One of the highlights was getting to watch the turtles hatch. Simply amazing. The golf cart was great to get to and from the beach. We were talking on the way home about returning next year. We wouldn't change a thing. Thanks again for making our vacation one to remember.

  Our family with three kids fully enjoyed our week vacation at this condo! It is beautifully decorated and really well stocked with everything you would need - all kitchen items, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and boogy boards too! The golf cart was really useful to get to beach or pool. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the den furniture great. We played the games, stereo worked great and bInoculars in the cabinet to view the ocean treasures from deck was awesome! Gay was really sweet and left us a schedule of the fun activities going on for the fourth! The fresh flowers and sparklers were a thoughtful treat! We hope to be back - all in all it was a fun relaxing vacation!

  The condo description and amenities are exactly as they are represented by the owners and previous renters. I highly recommend this rental. We have previously rented personally owned properties managed by real estate companies and they do not compare to this rental that is cleaned and maintained with personal love and care. The condo was comfortable, convenient and felt like home. We hope to be invited back to enjoy the quiet, welcoming condo and beach location- the fellow beachmates were friendly- we even were given a voluntary tour of the lighthouse by an oak island resident. Thanks again to Gay for providing us a lovely place to visit-due to your thoughtfulness in providing many necessities we were able to pack lighter than normal!

  Just to let you know your condo was clean and just as described! That meant alot to us! The area was was quiet and peaceful. Beaches were never crowded and what a huge amount of wild life. We saw deer,fox,hawks,many crab species,jelly fish,shark,dolphins(3 times a day 8 -10 would swim by and jump) and the list could go on and on! Also I saw a bi-plane performing an areial show over the water just for us. If you like an nature adventure then this is the place for you. We had great food every night at the local restraunts also. All in all a great time! Thanks again and I pray God blesses you and your family! Hopefully all was in order when we left?

  Too cute, clean, well decorated! Fabulous. Even though not right on the beach, having a golf cart made that a benefit! Thanks for the beverages in the fridge! Beach stuff thoughtfully provided.

  My girlfriends and I stayed at this fabulous condo and had the best time. The condo had everything you could possibly need and then some. The views and location were amazing. We were a short walk to the beach and sat on the porch every morning with our coffee just looking at the ocean. We will definitely be back. Thank you Gay!!

  This is a very nice get away. The owners have provided everything you need to enjoy your break. It has a large open meadow in front with a lot of wildlife. Beyond the meadow is the ocean. A quick walk (or take the golf cart provided) to the beach itself. Brown pelicans in formation flying by every evening. A hummingbird paid a visit to the flowers on the deck (twice) while I was reading a book. Deer were nibbling on the trees at the edge of the meadow. You can watch the trawlers work their nets on the ocean. Very clean, well supplied and located at the edge of everything while remaining in quiet Caswell Beach. As I told the owners, don't change a thing. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their property. You will like it. I plan to return.

  This is the perfect beach condo and Caswell Beach is the perfect beach destination. The owner was delightful to work with from start to finish and has beautifully updated this condo from top to bottom. Everything you could possibly need is provided in this rental. You can sit on the front deck and enjoy the beach views or hop on the golf cart and be sitting on the beach in minutes. Southport and Oak Island are close by and offer some excellent dining options. Thank you Gay for sharing your wonderful condo. We hope to return!

  We have rented thru VRBO multiple times but this has been the best yet. The pictures don't do the condo justice. It is beautiful, clean and has EVERYTHING! The owners were so nice to us, guiding us towards great resterauants and things that our teenage girls would enjoy. We were lucky enough to see a nest of extinct turtles hatch on the beach right in front our the condo. The local folks were so great and really gave us a lesson about the turtles. It was sooo neat and FREE! This is a great place to be, we really felt like we had a good rest. The beach was wonderful, not alot of people, the sand like baby powder. Great for shelling! We enjoyed going to Southport, Calabash and even into North Myrtle Beach. There is alot of interesting local history. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo to friends and family. It was so nice to come into to clean bedding and not having to clean and wash dishes before we used anything. Thanks for a great week!
