This is a new large home (4,500 sq ft) just completed. The living room has a spectacular 21ft high ceiling with a fireplace on one side and a balcony on the other. This is a 5 bedroom, 5-bath luxury home with granite on all counter tops. The master bedroom suite is 56' long!!! It includes his and hers areas and his and hers walk in closets. The loft has a separate seating area with its own sofa and piano overlooking the beautiful living room. TVs in every bedroom.. There are 4 bikes available for guests to use.
The game room/fifth bedroom has it's own bathroom, wet bar,is a completely private suite. It also has a beautiful American Heritage/Grand Bahama Pool Table, which will bring many hours of enjoyment to the guests.
Exiting off of the end of the loft, you enter the upstairs upper sun deck. This is a fully enclosed screened area with dramatic views of the swimming pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub are electrically heated for total comfort in any kind of weat
The library/office is part of the loft area and has high-speed Internet connection and a fax machine for those who need to do a little business while they are on vacation.

This was the perfect place to gather the family for the holidays. Enough space for everyone to have their own corner, with the public spaces comfortable for the group. We got a lot of use out of the pool table, and the guys really enjoyed fishing (and catching) off the dock. It was a little too cool for us to hang in the pool, but the spa was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds comfortable. We ate in almost the whole time, and had only one complaint about the kitchen; the knives, so if you like to cook you may need to bring at least one good knife with you (packed in your checked baggage of course), but really well stocked with all the usual kitchen tools. The area was quiet and perfect for our daily walks with little traffic to worry about. The capper for the whole deal was working with the owners. Jack was totally professional and easy to work with. Truly the nicest owners we have ever dealt with. I only wish Jack and Trisha owned property in every state so we would have great people to work with no matter where we end up next.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We just returned from a girls getaway stay in this beautiful home. It far exceeded our expectations. The description and photos were accurate, the home was immaculate, and the upscale neighborhood was quiet. I would highly recommend this home. And to top it off, the owner was wonderful to deal with! We were close to beaches and shopping - exactly what we were looking for!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay was too short. We enjoyed every minute of Jack's and Tricia's property. It was well maintained and very clean.The photo's accurately reflect the property and location. We have already recommended this property to friends. We enjoyed the restaurant's in the area, including Marker 92, The Joint, Doc Ford's in Fort Meyers beach, and the Ragged Ass Saloon on Pine Island for lunch. Shopping galore, and the guys played golf. We also used the great facilities for cooking at the property a couple of nights. The Bell's were very nice to us, and we would recommend this property to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Great House but more importantly... Jack was great to work with. The pictures do not do this house justice. So warm and inviting! Everything is here to use. We used the place from top to bottom! I hope we can come stay again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
