If you want to get away on vacation and not be one of 200 plus other vacationers trying to find a spot on the beach or the pool while staying at the huge condo facility then this is the place for you! Located two and a half miles west of downtown Gulf Shores, on 'Little Lagoon.' It is one block from a public access beach on the Gulf of Mexico and shares a pool with a cul-de-sac of houses.
This duplex was beautifully designed with wonderful colors on the walls and beautiful wall hangings and knick-knacks to make you feel at home while on vacation. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the third floor two-double bed arrangement is perfect for the kids to have their own section of the house.
It is a great place for relaxing and enjoying both the beach or the more quiet 'Little Lagoon' area!

About the owner: We have owned our On Golden Pond 1A for 14 years. We love going to Gulf Shores every year to enjoy the white, sandy beaches on the Gulf, the wonderful seafood and the wonderful weather.
Why the Owner Chose Homes, Single Family:
We have just upgraded all of the carpeting during the winter of 2013. We keep our property in good condition as we stay there ourselves each year and we want to everyone to enjoy their stay in a beautiful and clean vacation home.
